  This is our first time staying here but it definitely will not be our last. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful from Hannah at the front desk, to Jillian our amazing housekeeping worker, to the gentleman who not only made delicious omelets and French toast but also brought it to our table! We cannot recommend this hotel and their staff enough.

  Stayed here on a tour of Southern Alberta. Comfortable beds, top notch service from the staff and a kick ass breakfast. Taking it to a new level with the omelet station. I've never seen that before. Would stay here again for sure.

  Very friendly and helpful staff - comfortable rooms- awesome breakfast in the morning - easy to get to from hwy 41 and very close to all kinds of restaurants and stores

  This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, the bed was very comfortable and huge with lots of pillows. I enjoyed the hot tub and a young family also enjoyed the pool and slide. They served a better breakfast then I would have had if I stopped somewhere on my way out of town. The staff was very polite and helpful.

  Honestly, I walked in expecting the usual "hotel beige" experience, but the Best Western Premier Executive Residency in Medicine Hat actually understood the assignment. ​First off, the rooms don’t feel like a glorified closet. The ceilings are high enough that I didn't feel like I was in a submarine, and the extra space meant I didn't have to park my luggage on my own face. The mattress? Actually comfortable. I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been folded into a pretzel, which is a rare win for my back. ​The amenities were the real plot twist. Most "pools" in this town are just oversized bathtubs, but this setup actually works. Having a wet sauna that actually produces steam instead of just a sad, lukewarm sigh was the highlight of my stay. I spent enough time in there to prune up like a raisin, and I have zero regrets. ​Breakfast wasn't the typical "sad bagel and a prayer" situation either. It was actually great—solid variety and enough fuel to get me through the day without hitting a drive-thru ten minutes later. ​If you’re looking for a place in the Hat that doesn’t feel like a compromise, this is it. It’s basically the Ritz of South Saskatchewan. 10/10, would prune myself in the sauna again. ​Pro Tip: If you want that extra sense of "I’ve made it," ask for a room on a higher floor. It doesn't change the view of Medicine Hat much, but at least you're further away from the mortals in the lobby.
