  HiLSE was a great location for us. Whoever designed the handicapped rooms should be throttled. Or put in a wheelchair and made to use them. Low toilet which is painful to use. High shower head which cannot be used if seated in the chair. Towel racks located so one must walk with dripping hands or body across the room to dry them. Sink too high for a person in a wheelchair so soap and other amenities on the counter are unreachable. Even an able bodied person has trouble accessing them. Sink stopper awkward, even for a person who is normally abled. Automated shades are a nice touch, as are multiple electric sockets by the bed. Bed is comfortable and at the right height.

  This location made me feel like I was a thief. The cleaning cart and housekeeper were in front of our room, I asked for body wash and 4 coffee pods, {my husband was in the shower so they could not come in and refill the refillable bottles that are bolted onto the shower wall} 5 minutes later I get a call from front desk {Rachel} accusing I took something from the cart. (would have been nice if they asked if I needed anything or hows your stay instead of accusing} This hotel should be ashamed of themselves to treat a customer like this over a $5.00 bottle of body wash. I am a long time traveler and we were just on a month long trip, we stayed at many other IHG hotels and I was out of shampoo {these bottles are hard to tell if there is enough product inside) they gave me a bottle of shampoo and told me to keep it for our travels. No chance at this Lethbridge location. I also noticed a person monitoring the included continental breakfast area (Im guilty I took 4 slices of partially cooked bacon with my cold egg bites;} as many times as I have stayed here at this location in Lethbridge there has never been monitoring at breakfast in fact previous breakfast attendents couldnt do enough for you to make sure you were happy and well fed. Please tell me management that you are not going to limit food quantites also {A chart posted of the amounts you are allowed in your included breakfast.??????} I must say as a IHG member this location should be ashamed of how any traveler is treated IHG member or not.

  This hotel is clean and modern, with a generous breakfast buffet (ok, it's mostly pre-packaged but there is a huge variety!). Staff are lovely. I will definitely stay here again, even if it is a little out of the way. The rooms are very quiet with one exception - traffic noise is noticeable. No sound from other rooms, just occasional doors open/closing.

  The staff was friendly and customer service was great. The area was perfect. Gas stations. Close to shopping. A great restaurant the Brickstone steps away. There complimentary breakfast was amazing and delicious.
