  To be honest all the hotel amenities and rooms and breakfast worth 5-star, the only thing let down is the attitude and service of the front desk staff especially the girl Deaby. When we checked in, she clearly distinguished us from the so called "elite members" and told us we booked from third party therefore our room is only at 2nd floor. Truly this already made us unhappy and we immediately requested to higher floor and she indeed give us higher level floor. Second day we ask her if we can get complimentary water, she told us again this is reserved for "elite members" not for us and told us to buy from the vending machine. The staff obviously need more training on how to communicate with guests and to fulfill their requirements. In addition the room she assigned us the bathroom has a wired smell, feels like rotten or dirty. We don't feel this hotel deserve 4.6 stars and for people who wish to stay pls be aware for the front desk staff.

  By far the best hotel we have stayed in Lethbridge so far. In this place it comes down to thoughtful little details like lots of usb and norm plug outlets around the room. A fancy coffee machine, hot tea and water bottle fill station by the elevator. Long hours for the pool so you could swim late or before checking out. And the breakfast went above and beyond. Waffle maker with all the fixing, including sprinkles, chocolate chips and whipped cream for the kids. 4 kinds of cereal, build your own oatmeal station, oatmeal, yogurts, bacon, eggs, sausage 4 kinds of toast, bagels, English muffins, toaster waffles, coffees, hot chocolate, fruit muffins and all the fixings for each.

  Room was clean and well appointed. Coffee maker in room.Good free breakfast. The fire alarm was very loud at 8am and continuous for perhaps 5 minutes but no explanation as to why.

  I stayed here for about 2 weeks while working in the area. I would have to say that overall my stay was quite nice. I worked night shift so my room wasnt cleaned regularly, but the staff checked in with me to swap garbage and towels. They have a hot breakfast that has a good rotation of eggs, bacon/sausage and potatoes, a coffee and juice station. They also have waffles as an option for those looking for something different. I took my son with me and we were able to go to the pool and weight room. While there is a limited selection of equipment, it was well maintained and clean. The pool has a motion activated water slide which the boy rather enjoyed, and a hot tub on a timer. There were some options the hotel had that we did not use, like a conference room and a public use computer with printer. All in all, I rather enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely return when I have work in the area.

  We had concerns about the hotel's location right on the main road and the potential noise. But Debbie was so helpful with the room selection and picked out a quiet, lovely room for us. We can't thank you enough, Debbie. It turned out to be the best hotel of our entire 3,700-mile road trip.
