  I highly suggest this establishment, Coming in here, I didnt know what to expect but I was welcomed with extreme care. The welcoming staff (Pabby & Hazel) were so kind. And got us our room keys with no issues. During my stay i went down to the amazing Johnathan Lounge and was greeted with amazing care by their incredible bartender & waitress Jess. She never mistaked a drink, or a food order when I was attending their lounge I stayed during father's day weekend for a wedding and met an amazing caretaker that worked very hard to attend to all of the guests. Nassim was attentive as well as wholesome to come into contact to during my stay, he made sure I didnt need to cary any bags down to the front door. During the next day staying here, I met another front desk worker that tried her best to make sure my family had everything we needed to be fully comfortable this amazing women's name is Favour, she made me feel like family and made my room feel more comfortable then ever! She cared for my babies like they were also paying customers which made me as they paying customer feel extremely happy. She is so kind to every room and every family. After staying here a few nights I met a hard working man named Justin. He is the manager of Jonathan Lounge. I highly recommend Jonathan's Lounge food as its made fresh and I personally have never found a fault to their food. I unfortunately had a waitress sadly cut into a conversation while ordering with the manager to tell me that its best to not have my choice of (lettuce and tomato) added to a burger and I trusted her thought but that was a sad regret. If you choose to have certain toppings I suggest pushing that! But the manager truly always had a smile and always made me feel very welcomed into him lounge but his employee shocked me with interrupting the conversation, especially trying to talk over her manager when he has only been nothing but good to his guests. If you come into this establishment, please turn away food if it doesnt fit your pleasure but any notes the kitchen receives has always been by par well. I was unchanged by my room as well so please take a picture of your online quote and show the front desk as they are very loyal when the online system fails them. You can show them your quoted price and they will indeed change it for you as I experienced. By far an amazing stay and I regret nothing coming to this hotel and ill happily come to this hotel again If im ever passing by.

  Hosted a municipal employee event at this location. Excellent customer service, value for money spent, organization and communication. Minor audio issues that I understand are being addressed. Andriana and team went out of their way to provide outstanding service; I would book again without hesitation. Thank you for your support!

  Overpriced for an average hotel. The room, bed, shower, and overall accommodations were great. Very comfortable, modern and clean, but nothing to justify the price, especially since breakfast is not included. Johnathan's is the restaurant/lounge attached which provided okay service but the food was not good. Chicken burger was bland and dry. The steak sandwich was terrible, poor steak and overcooked. Staff was good.
