- FAFaraz AnwarAug 23, 20265.0Perfect location for people exploring Jasper. Vanessa was a great host at the front desk. Jojo and colleagues were very nice and hospitable at the breakfast restaurant. The best part was pool and slides for kids. Hot water jacuzzi was enjoyable for adults.
- ABApril BrooksAug 23, 20265.0We stayed here the night of August 19th. From the minute we walked in, the staff was ready to greet you, very professional, warm and welcoming. The hotel smelled very fresh and was spotless. There were only two rooms left and both were in the basement which concerned me a bit. As soon as I walked into the room I was very impressed. The basement room had very high ceilings, a large window and was very bright. It did not feel like a basement at all. The room was impeccable and very comfortable with two queen size beds, a sofa, large screen TV, four-piece bathroom, and mini fridge. The hotel is walking distance to fast food restaurants and a steakhouse which we ate at and found it to be very good as well. I cannot say enough about the staff they really make you feel appreciated. We will definitely make this our first choice next next time we drive through.
- CCCarleeAug 20, 20264.0Solid 4/5 for the hotel. The beds werent the worst, but also weren't the best. Sound proofing and bathroom ventilation left a lot to be desired. Could see light around the door and hear people in the hall, or in their rooms when walking by. No direct fan but common venting with little intake in the bathrooms, so we stopped at the dollar store for some bathroom air freshener. Excellent customer service at the desk checking in, and friendliness every time we walked by. Breakfast items were very quickly refilled and they were on top of everything even at the most busy breakfast times. Lots of various options. Not a lot of variation in choice. But there were 2 types of eggs and 2 types of meat protein every day, plus pancakes, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, breads and some muffins and oatmeal as well. We were here a few days and they were very helpful with room service. Matthew in housekeeping was very helpful and polite to talk to about exchanging towels because we were going to be back in our room before they had cleaned it. He was knowledgeable and prompt with his help which I appreciated!
