  Double charged me after agreeing to change a date for a stay. I stayed the night we switched it to and then they charged me for the other date as well Don’t stay they will steal your money

  The breakfast is very good and the service is great. The room we had was two différents bedrooms, complete kitchen and actual living room, so it felt like home, especially cause we stayed there 3 weeks with our dogs. It is now my favorite hotel in High level, and I've seen almost all of them over the last 10 years

  We stayed here recently and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Shortly after checking into our room, we noticed several cleanliness issues. There was a dead fly stuck to the wall, what appeared to be blood and/or bodily-fluid residue on the lampshade, and significant buildup, grime, and general cleanliness concerns throughout the bathroom. We took photographs of the condition of the room. We immediately contacted the front desk and were told that someone would come up to clean the room. We waited approximately 30 minutes before a staff member came up to inspect it. He saw the condition of the room himself and said he would send a housekeeper. We then waited another approximately 30 minutes. By that point we were no longer comfortable having someone enter the room and clean around us trying to sleep. The problems therefore remained unresolved. The following morning, I spoke with the supervisor, Mahesh, and explained everything again. I was told that the hotel would need to investigate the situation further and that compensation would not be considered at that time. After everything that had happened, I decided to check out. What was most frustrating was not simply finding cleanliness issues, it was reporting them, waiting roughly an hour for them to be addressed, and still leaving without the issues being resolved. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room and have also contacted Best Western regarding the matter. I would strongly recommend that management take a serious look at the hotel’s housekeeping standards and how guest complaints are handled.
