  Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We switched from a different motel as it was not clean. We were so happy to get last 2 days of our stay at best western.

  We had the best stay!!! We came to this location to meet some family for the first time in Ft. Vermillion. The staff accomodated us after a not so great experience across the street at another hotel:( They held a couple of rooms, very friendly at the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bar service was exceptional!! Will definitely come back as the stay was more than we expected. Comfy beds, heat/cool temps worked fine, the luxury of outside and indoor entry was a great accomodation as well:) Thanks to all the staff for your hospitality

  I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort and cannot say enough good things about the experience. A special acknowledgment goes to Damian Howell at the front desk. He always greeted me with a smile, but what stood out most was how he knew guests by name. That level of personal care is rare these days and made me feel more like family or a friend than just another guest. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality are a huge reason why this is the only place I will ever stay when visiting High Level. The Mirage Restaurant is also incredible. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered was amazing at their job. The entire team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone staying in High Level!

  My stay here has been good, no complaint about the room, the breakfast is good, the resturant food is great, but for whatever reason the lobby is so heavily perfumed it takes my breath away, it is a strong unpleasant scent and anyone with scent sensitivity, asthma, or other lung disease I would not suggest a stay here.
