I drove out to pick him up as he had confirmed that their Dispatch was sending out a tow truck for 3 am to get the truck. We left at 2:30 am. Truck didn’t show up until just after 11 am. As my friend went outside to look the TRUCK HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO!! Wouldn’t have happened if they had been there on time. AMA’s directive claims that they have “exceptional service” and peace of mind for Albertans….. They claim it isn’t their fault. Yes. Yes it is. Don’t make promises you have NO intention of keeping.
