- OOOlga OmelchukAug 17, 20261.0I do not recommend this insurance company in any case. They take payments every day, but they do not do their job at all. The queues to get to them are unrealistic, the question for 5 for takes up to 3 hours to wait in line. For a rhinestone policy, I went to the workshop they recommended and it was terrible, replacing the bumper took 8 months, 7 months of waiting and replacing the bumper 1 month, it is simply terrible.

I drove out to pick him up as he had confirmed that their Dispatch was sending out a tow truck for 3 am to get the truck. We left at 2:30 am. Truck didn’t show up until just after 11 am. As my friend went outside to look the TRUCK HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO!! Wouldn’t have happened if they had been there on time. AMA’s directive claims that they have “exceptional service” and peace of mind for Albertans….. They claim it isn’t their fault. Yes. Yes it is. Don’t make promises you have NO intention of keeping.
