  I found my new home away from home! I travel to the city often for medical, and have tried many different spots. This one checks all the boxes, Tahira was awesome at check in, as was every staff member I encountered. Room was beautiful, jacuzzi tub was amazing! The (free) underground parking was an added bonus! Will definitely be back!

  Holiday Inn Express is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The beds are soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast is your standard continental breakfast but done well. There is a waffle station, bread, cereal, juice, eggs, yogurt, and pastries. Service is quick, and breakfast is available from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The facilities are excellent. There is a well-equipped gym, a game room, a large lobby, and a nice pool area. Underground parking is easy to access and feels safe and secure during your stay.

  There was in incident with my room not being clean. They gave me a new room right away, which had zero issues, and provided a courtesy call the next morning to make sure I was happy. Customer service was amazing.

  Great experience. We’ve stayed here a few times now and the combination of location, ease of access to the city, and closeness to shopping is great. The only concerns I could voice are the lack of an on site restaurant, and that during heavy traffic flow times getting across the three lanes of traffic on 100 Ave coming from Anthony Henday Drive can be a struggle.

  My parents stayed at this hotel while visiting from the USA, and they throughly enjoyed their stay. They especially loved the comfortable beds, clean room, and pleasant environment. The front desk agent upgraded their room, and they were very happy with the spacious accommodation.The front desk agent, Tahira K., was very kind, professional, and helpful. She assisted them in finding great places to visit in Edmonton and made their stay even more enjoyable.We would like to give her a 5-star rating for her excellent customer service. She is a wonderful and professional agent. We highly recommend this hotel.😊😊
