  One of the worst stays. The first disappointment was their hot tub is being “renovated” as well as everything else. That was my main reason for picking the hotel, other than location for work. That should be clearly marked on every website. The pool was warm, but also had dirt or something floating all over and the dirtiest floor I’ve ever seen, made my slippers turn black. Came into a musty, dusty and even old smoke smell from whenever that was allowed in hotels everywhere. Then, I found hair…everywhere; long and short, in the shower, soap dish, counter, toilet and hanging from the tap. Tried to escape into the balcony covered in bird crap. Floor and all surfaces were not clean. Luckily, the bed was and I found it quite comfortable. I called from desk about 8 times in the afternoon and another 20 times over the next few hours to ask about parking. I finally got ahold of them by calling on cell. So, maybe take out the old phones that dial to nowhere? The front desk check in lady was nice and that’s about all I can muster. There’s no way I’d ever stay or recommend to anyone I like. Just gross.

  We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and even though there was an issue and its having renovations, I am not holding this against them! We arrived and were greeted by Chris, he was very welcoming and helpful. Have said unfortunately the allocated room wasnt ready and we had been given another room. Great... We went up to the room and after 10 minutes we noticed the shower room was getting flooded. The pipe was leaking on the faucet, so I called and maintenance came up and so we had to move rooms. Not an issue, Chris was very apologetic. We spent 1 night in a king room and the following morning we were already to move and we were told, no leave your bags in your current room until the other room is ready. Ok no problem there. On our return, Chris again was great and he had moved us to the suite next door which included a spa tub.... Nice! Just like the room we had first been given and had to vacate. The room was spacious and the bed..... I really want that bed.... It was a dream to sleep on. I am only rating 4 stars on the room, a lot of the sockets did not work, especially beside the bed. There was breakfast included and it was pretty good. A selection of hot food and the other basics you get. The hot food was regularly replenished and hot. There is a gym area and a pool. Unfortunately the changing rooms were under renovation as was the hot tub. I still used the pool and gym without issue. Overall we had a great experience there, the staff were all helpful and welcoming. We even had our parking charges refunded as they said they wanted us to have a great experience, and we did thank you to your team!

  Dated and tired. Tv and internet did not work. Breakfast is below typical free breakfast. The building needs maintenance.

  I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We chose the highest-tier room, expecting it to be the best the hotel had to offer. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The room was far from clean. The shower doors were covered with dirt and had clearly not been cleaned. The shower tile was in terrible condition, and all the faucets were dirty. There was dust throughout the room, and it was obvious that the housekeeping staff did not properly check or clean the cabinets and shelves—we even found someone else’s used false eyelashes left behind. All of the mirrors were covered in streaks and smudges. The bed was made very poorly, giving the impression that little care had been taken. The balcony had garbage that had not been removed, and the floor there was in terrible condition. The floor inside the room was also very dirty. To make matters worse, there was dried mucus or another disgusting residue left on the bedside table. For a premium room, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to improve its housekeeping standards or replace the cleaning staff. I expected much better and would not stay here again.

  Chris was absolutely amazing! He went out of his way to accommodate an early check in and made our girls trip extra special! Thanks to Chris our time in the city was safe and smooth!
