  The best Holiday Inn I have stayed at. Great hotel and the cleaning staff did an amazing job, room was spotless and they were very polite and considerate, Great job! I will definitely recommend this location.

  這是我在加拿大旅遊睡的最好的兩天！我獲得不吵的邊間，然後還可以在這裡免費自助洗衣服，雖然烘衣服需要付費，但非常的便宜。雖然位置離市區較遠，但附近公車很多，也算方便 這裡的服務人員非常熱情、友善，而且有任何需要都可以馬上獲得協助，即使我的英文不太好，他們也會盡力讓我理解，非常感謝這裡的服務人員讓我有愉快的旅遊經驗👍

  the hotel was gorgeous when i walked in and the room was quite nice but the customer service was not up to par. my boyfriend and i checked in for one night and was informed with the rate we booked it included breakfast which was a nice addition. in the morning we go down, and the front desk is having trouble finding our breakfast cards. he ends up finding “one” for the two of us. we go sit down and are informed the breakfast is actually only for 1 guest and not the 2 of us. even the host at the restaurant went back to the front desk to ask about it. she comes back and says one of us will have to pay??? we got up and left because that was incredibly embarrassing that they made a deal out of it and that we couldn’t share just the 1 breakfast. we packed up our bags to leave and went to check out, the man at the desk didn’t even say a peep to us just took the cards, did something on the computer and said “you’re good”. this was a very nice hotel but the staff are not very friendly.

  Great breakfast very clean comfortable and positive environment. I had a pleasure meeting the breakfast manager, ABI and he was very polite very professionalDefinitely stay here again. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend This place anybody wants service and fresh meal in the morning I’ll give it 10 stars but I can only give it five

  The hotel was not to bad, checked in and the staff was nice. I waited while my dad checked in but it took them a VERY long time to get his card through. Our room was clean but not very spacious. The walls were very thin. I had been in the same hotel as my basketball team and the boys team was being very loud and I could hear them so clearly. And how did I know it was them? Well, they had a replay of a lakers game on full blast. The chair was very loud with creaking noises and uncomfortable. My bed was comfortable but could use a lot more blankets because I almost froze to death. On that note, the thermostat was broken and I had tried to turn it up and down but nothing happened. Like literally every other hotel, not enough towels. The breakfast was very fancy! I will not lie it looked very above my expectations but did not taste the best. Even though the food was on a heater and constantly being replaced it was not good. The eggs were cold and they tasted like grass. The sausages were flavourless even though they were sitting in flavouring and looked very good. The one good food there was probably the French toast! Legendary…! The thing that frustrated me a little bit was that the staff the second morning almost didn’t let me have breakfast!!! You have to get a coupon from the front desk for breakfast and give it to the lady inside the restaurant. The first morning the lady gave me the coupon, my room number on it and all and I ate fruit because like I said, cold. The second day the two women at the front desk had told me my room didn’t pay for it!!! This is becoming a longer review than I expected but this is the second last thing. The pool was big but the one disappointment was that there was no hot tub! Lots of towels outside the door and the shower was in the perfect location but it was right next to the pool and the drain was clogged so it made the poolside very slippery. The location is nice, lots of places around, me and my friends took a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, subway and Tim Hortons! Would recommend if you are willing to put up with cold food and slippery pool decks 😂
