- KKKris105 days ago1.0We stayed at the Candlewood for years and it was great...until Mohammad the manager ruined it for us. He made up a story about my kids stealing from a "man" next door. He was so agressive and mean over the phone when he called to inform us of this story. I immediately investigated. Nothing was stolen and in fact there wasn't even a man. The young girls and us had a good laugh. But, our kids were left feeling extremely uncomfortable. We cannot stand liars. If he can do this so easily, what else is he lying to customers about? We haven't stayed there since and never will until he's gone. We are Diamond Elite which is the highest tier. We just reached our 110th stay this year alone! This whole situation is so unfortunate and such a shame! Watch him closely around your children folks
- AValejandro valenciaAug 14, 20261.0So not recommended. We where placed in this hotel after a sweage back up. My disable wife ask for a regular vacuuming and mopping. We had to ask to have our room cleaned. We where given 2 hours to vacate the room. Many different stories where given as to why we needed to leave. All lies. Front end manager was very unprofessional. Will never use holiday chain again

Front end manager was very unprofessional. Often had to bag to have room cleaned. Kept asking for supplies to clean own room they would not supply.
- SMSam El -MasriAug 2, 20261.0I travel quite often especially to Edmonton Alberta I will never ever stay in this hotel again , we booked about 8 rooms for family gathering , when we got to the hotel all our booking was not what we promised , NO breakfast Like what was promised, all together it’s horrible experience like I said never again.

Deep checked us in and was amazing, the amenities are great and it's so close to places you may want to go. Walmart and other shops/food are all within walking distance and the rooms are nice and spacious, will be back 100%
