  Compared to BC hotels, this is an incredibly high value hotel for the price point. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and each comes with a firm and soft pillow option (a set each for both sides of the bed). The rooms are always clean too. The free underground parking is a nice perk as well and can fit trucks. The overall business seems to really care about customer experience and satisfaction as well. Another thing I genuinely appreciate is the gentle effort they put into 'enforcing' the quiet hours, which is putting up signs during the established quiet hours and placing them near the elevators - asking guests to keep their voices low and to softly close their doors. As a light sleeper, this is something that has improved my overall experience. This is our preferred hotel whenever we travel to Edmonton.

  My room was beside the parking lot, let me say next time ask for a different room, as I could hear a family rolling in at midnight and being woken up to a mom yelling at her kids in the parking lot. My room was also beside the stairs which was Hella annoying as I can hear that door slamming non stop. Breakfast wasnt that enjoyable the bacon cooked to shit and they had a big dish of beans??? All together it was not good. Thank God McDonald's was a 2 minute drive. The staff was nice and friendly so that was 5 stars.

  Cute and clean. The rooms were larger than expected and had more gadgets/dishes than expected. No body lotion in the room, but there was some available for purchase. The coffee maker in the amenities room was a fantastic touch!
