  Greice made our stay feel truly special. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. You can really feel that she cares about guests and puts effort into making everyone comfortable. Her positive attitude and great service created such a nice atmosphere. Thank you, Grace, for your kindness and professionalism — people like you make guests want to come back. Highly recommend!

  Checking in was fast and efficient. Such was a pleasure to deal with! We are stayed in a 1-bedroom executive king. While the room is awkwardly shaped, it really works well! The separate desk in the window area is nice, but when someone is sitting in the chair, it interferes with the door swing. The door leans towards open, so it keeps hitting the person sitting there, however It is awesome to have natural light while working. There is residual building noise but the tone was low enough to not be a bother. The hotel entrance is not signed well and it is difficult to access. Once you know how, it is fine though. While the room itself seemed very clean, the remote was disgustingly dirty - so much so that I had to clean it before use.

  I’ve been staying at Candlewood Suites for a few months due to my baby being in the hospital, when I first checked in, a front desk lady name Greice greeted us with a very positive, cheerful, kind and bright personality. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to check us in. She always compliments my outfits and loves to chat with me. My baby being in the hospital has been a very tough journey but having Greice there has really made it much better for me. One of the front desk ladies had treated me very poorly but the rest of the other staff has treated me nothing but kindness but Greice has been an absolute delight. She’s also brought lots of laughter in my chaotic life and nothing can beat that. I rate her 10000000/10. Highly vouch for her. Thank you Greice for everything you’ve done for me. 🩷

  We had to have a quick staycation so decided to book a room here. Location of the hotel is perfect as there are so many stores around it in case you need anything. When we first walked in we were impressed as the hotel lobby was very clean and the had a water station with orange pieces in it. Refreshing. Check in was super easy and they were super friendly and welcoming. We have our two dogs with us and they both were excited to have a mini vacation. Love that the hotel is pet friendly. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Everything you need is provided. Love having the full fridge to store food. The refreshment centre offers loads of snacks if you care to purchase and prices seem very reasonable prices. The coffee is free and the machine has lots of choices for the coffee you want. This hotel is highly recommended if you are staying in west Edmonton.
