  Pre booked room for two nights. When I got into my room I realized there was no tv or internet. When I went to desk was told the internet is out, i was not told this when I signed in. Day two had internet but no tv went to desk was told only maintenance can reset the tvs to fix and no one was here so I was out of luck. Had to clean the bathtub before I gave my son a bath as it was dirty. They had a games room downstairs for the kids basic but great idea just too bad it smells like mould in there. Continental brekfast was okay but does not start until 7, not great for an early traveler. I would not stay here again even if it was dirt cheap.

  Big clean rooms with comfy beds, great pool area with toys for the kids, games room in the basement with ping pong & pool table and lots of seating for board games. Breakfast had lots of options and free slurpees at the front were a great afternoon treat. Five stars. Will visit again.

  I travel a lot for work and for personal. This hotel is my hotel of choice in Edmonton, first it was because of the location and the price. However, it has the best customer service. Especially Avnita! She is amazing, kind, thoughtful. Honestly, she is the sweetest person. I have never had better customer service in North America! Additionally, the pool has extended adult only times where, the hotel has a games room. Lastly, I am severely allergic to dust mites, because this hotel has hardwood and very low amount of fabric, I don't have to worry about reacting. This is one of the best hotels I stay at in Canada. 10/10

  The Hotel staff were so pleasant. The most welcoming group we've encountered almost anywhere. The hotel is close to everything, shopping, WEM, etc. Like nothing was more than 15 minutes away, most things were 3-5 mins by car. It was so convenient. The Breakfast was very good. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The games room was such a bonus! We wanted to do something, but not go into the pool because we were done with water for the day after going to the Water Park at WEM; we were able to play Ping Pong for a nice family activity. My only critique would be they only service your rooms every 2nd day so which isn't too bad but I had to go get more towels as ours didn't dry overnight. Not a big deal. We hope to come back next year when Galaxyland opens its new roller coaster, and we will be sure to stay here again!

  Overall, I had a good stay at this Best Western. The property was clean, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, the breakfast was good, and Abigail at the front desk was especially helpful and knowledgeable. I did have a few concerns and recommendation. My three-night stay was split into three separate reservations by Best Western for reasons beyond my control. As a result, I had to visit the front desk each day to show ID, get new room keys, and have my credit card processed again. I believe this could have been handled differently to avoid the inconvenience. For example, notes on the reservation about ID seen and that room is check-out/checking, keys could be issued for the entire stay and my credit card swiped on all 3 reservations. I requested towels one evening, the front desk agent advised she was working alone. I didn't mind picking them up myself, but I think there should be additional staff available to assist with guest requests and provide support in case of emergencies. I was also disappointed with front desk/housekeeping. On my third day before leaving for the day, I specifically requested room cleaning and told the agent I have been there 3 days, she assured me it would be done. But when I returned that evening, the room had not been serviced. The front desk said they would investigate but never followed up. I was asked to place my garbage and dirty towels outside the room, and while fresh towels were eventually delivered after an hour, the guy only collected the towels and the garbage was left outside my door. This created a very bad impression as I don't think it was too difficult to move the garbage. Despite these issues, my overall stay was good and would like to recognize Abigail for her excellent customer service.
