Would not recommend staying here. Booked a room for 2 nights, first night our vehicle got vandalized!! Someone drilled a hole in our gas tank. Hotel staff told me that this happened before and taking a look at the parking lot, it’s happened more than once. Now we have a 3k fix. & all they did was give us $50 off the 2 night stay. HORRIBLE. So in case anyone wants to stay here, DONT ! Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. There is security but not doing their jobs watching the parking lot. I’ve stayed places where security would walk around the parking lot and make sure vehicles are not being tampered with. They have security for nothing. Also they would not allow us to look at the footage of what happened. Very fishy. Very odd that the maintenance man was informed and looked at the truck and said are you sure it’s oil and looked at the gas tank and said there’s a hole there, just like he knew it wasn’t oil and knew we had a hole in our gas tank. Reported to cops. Felt like we were targeted. Give this hotel 0 stars in all aspects.
We have stayed here a few times and had nothing but positive experiences. Peter, Don and Keyanna make staying there a positive experience. We appreciate the positive attitude they have towards making the guests feel welcome and even remember who we are between visits which are generally a couple months apart. Looking forward to going back in September.

Do not stay here! This women Ana, turned away a registered disabled person here for medical reasons just now with a registered service dog. Not only was she extremely rude and ignorant but refused to provide any reason for not allowing entry. She shouldn't be working in a job that requires skills such as customer service because hers are non existent.
After along day driving with my family we arrived in edmonton where I am supposed to have back surgery tomorrow. Booked a 2 night stay and was refused entry into the hotel by Ana. She should be fired and I will be escalating this. It is not how people with medical conditions and disabilities should be treated.

The check-in experience was extremely inefficient. I pre-checked in online and still had to wait 25 minutes in line at the front desk to check in. While waiting in the lobby I heard consecutive customers struggling with the check in process and having issues with their bookings. It's also not a place to come if you have children. DO NOT come here with kids. Anyone under 16 must be supervised at all times and cannot have a room key. $650 fine for unsupervised children! Or breaking the rules. They don't tell you any of this until you check in. Parking lot sucks a big one too. They put the electric charging station right at the front of the door which wastes spots. I would definitely never stay here again. The staff is rude and the GM is a clown. The housekeeping staff is nice tho
This particular best western hotel is the most ridiculous/horrible one I have ever stayed at.
Firstly, I checked in with a cigarette/musty smell in my room which I had to call the reception to inform them as I had read in the reviews and could see clearly that they always find ways to make people pay for damages. Only to receive a $60 fine for parking at the co-op park (N.B I wasn’t blocking any car). They want you to make that mistake and charge you, a simple reminder on the first day would have made sense!!!!!!! In Peter’s voice, they had to charge me $60 for two days to avoid being towed! Lol weird!!! Or maybe if you are using this energy and funds to make a better signage for your customers would have been better. A simple message asking me to evacuate the car would have MADE SENSE just the same way I received a text informing me that my credit card had been charged. Am I surprised? No, after I read a review about them charging someone $12 for staining their old looking face towel. I was even scared to move around in this room before I will get charged for moving too much. I even slipped inside the bath tub because it’s an old one and was very slippery!
I only booked this best western based on my awesome experience with the other ones I’ve stayed at. Maybe if I had read the reviews before booking, this would have been a different story. If I could give a zero star, trust me I would.
I spoke with their manager about this and he spoke to me exactly the way he replies to the reviews, defensive and all LOL! I will never come back here again. Still thinking if I will book other best western based on my experience here! Never again!!!

Oh you lied Peter, I said I have been booking best western hence the reason why I am a platinum member, do I expect any better reply from you? No! Always defensive and all, so I’m not surprised. I never said that because I’m a platinum member, parking doesn’t apply to me. See why you have to let your clients speak before interrupting. I remember telling you to let me speak!
You have a camera at your lobby, during your break time go and watch it again and provide where I was rude and yelled at your employee.
