I stayed one night on April 30th. After I left I noticed a $2200 charge on my credit card for Best Western. Tried contacting the hotel directly but nobody answers. Contacted best Western customer relations and apparently the hotel claimed my tv was smashed, that they contacted me, and that I supposedly agreed for them to charge my card for it. My tv was never broken, didn't even watch tv. I never was contacted about this "broken tv", never agreed to any of it. I didn't understand what the charge on my card was for at the time. Customer relations tried contacting them about the dispute all week and they aren't responding. I've called again many times and left messages to the management with this problem with my contact information. Nobody is answering the phone or calling back. These people are crooks and will scam you for your money and have ZERO service, no communication whatsoever. Do not stay here.

We were required to stay at this hotel for a volleyball tournament over the weekend for 3 nights. It seemed okay at first glance but quickly went down hill for not only us, but a number of other families on our team. The beds are so hard and cheap, you can feel the coils in the mattresses. There is also poor sound proofing so bring ear plugs unless you want to be serenaded by the sounds of people revving their engines on the nearby highway all night long. The heat was stuck on in our 4th floor room with temps in the low 20's outside. It was so hot and we asked for someone to look at it and they said they would but didn't just offered a fan which would do nothing anyway but move around the hot air since the windows don't open. My daughter was electrically shocked trying to plug her phone into the outlet by the bedside table. And the cherry on top of the gross cake was when my kid threw her clothes and towels on the floor of the bathroom after showering and I scooped them up only to dislodge a used tampon applicator that had been lurking behind the toilet (no one was menstruating in our group fyi). I informed them of these issues on check out only to be met with "oh so sorry, we will make a note". This was room 403 by the way.
But I guess I should be thankful because my friend's family on the second floor were woken up in the middle of the night by not one, but TWO MICE running around their room and had to switch rooms at 1:30am. Another family told me their shower was gross due to there being someone's hair all over the complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles and that the conditioner was completely empty. They have renovated so it looks okay but don't be fooled. Its good from afar but far from good.

Stayed for 3 nights as family was having life saving surgery at hospital. I had a cord tucked in a drawer in the kitchenette utensil drawer and it was stolen while I was at the hospital. When it was brought up to the front desk she said she would check on it. When I went to check out she said they didn't find anything
Of course because they took it. When I mentioned to them they should pay to have it replaced, they told me to call police so they could take finger prints. In all honesty it's not about the cord but about the idea someone had access to my room rummaged through the drawers and took my item and no one would be accountable for the situation. So if you stay here keep all of your things safe and on you at all times. This wasn't even a valuable item. But it's the principle behind it.

I checked into Cedar Park Inn and was greeted with a warm smile. The front desk staff explained everything clearly and made the check-in process easy. The room had AC and was very comfortable. The gym was nice and had everything I was looking for, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming every morning. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

My wife and family came in late one night and booked three rooms and the service from the front desk was completely unacceptable , rude , short and did not want to book us in as he would “ have to boot up the computer “ we are best western users and after about 45 minutes he got us 3 rooms and failed to put down our email information wrong our box number wrong we did not receive a receipt and he also didn’t get us our points. 3 days later we ended up having to call in for all these things.
