  My experience with AMA Insurance has been extremely disappointing. First, it takes far too long to get connected with an agent. After finally reaching someone, I was assigned an adjuster, but despite emailing her multiple times, I never received a response. The lack of communication and customer service throughout the claims process was frustrating and unacceptable. Unfortunately, I did not have sufficient evidence for my accident, and AMA concluded that I was 100% at fault. While I understand that decisions must be based on evidence, I felt that my side of the situation was not properly considered or explained. What frustrated me the most was the deductible situation. My deductible was $2,000, and because the repair cost was less than that amount, I was told that I would have to pay the entire repair bill out of pocket and that the insurance company could not assist. This left me wondering: what is the purpose of having insurance if, when an accident happens, the company cannot help and I am still responsible for paying everything myself? To make matters worse, the monthly premiums are already very expensive. In my case, a single month's premium was nearly equal to the cost of the repair itself. Paying such high premiums and then receiving no financial assistance when I needed it most was extremely disappointing. Overall, the poor communication, lack of responsiveness, high premiums, and unsatisfactory claims experience made this the worst insurance experience I have ever had. Based on my experience, I would not recommend AMA Insurance.

  I visited today, and from the moment I entered, every visitor was efficiently guided through the process. She asked clear questions, categorized people smoothly, and handled everything in such an organized and seamless way that I was able to complete my appointment quickly and accurately. I was truly impressed. Her name is Kym-Marie, and she was incredibly active, professional, and attentive. I have lived in Canada for 20 years, but this was honestly the first time I experienced service that was this fast and precise. I was deeply moved by her professionalism and dedication.
