Excellent hotel. Stayed here 1 night and got in late due to a maintenance call. I was very surprised how nice and quit my room was appreciated that it had a kitchenette built into the room including a convection oven/micro wave, keurig coffee machine, dishwasher, apartment sized fridge/freezer, and cook top. The breakfast that they serve is the best I have seen yet and I stay on allot of hotels. They had a wide selection with fresh fruit, yogurt, ham, 2 egg options, etc. well over an above what I was expecting with in regards to the rate I paid to stay at the hotel. Staff was extremely kind and great to deal with. The very nice lady even offered to cook me a fresh egg if I wanted as I showed up to breakfast 15 mins before they were closing. The staff here definitely go above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated. As well they have a wicked coffee maker and tea selection in the eating area that is accessible 24/7 with fresh baked cookies to grab and go. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Definitely a home away from home! Very welcoming happy staff every time I’ve stayed here. All the staff are very friendly and nice to chat with. Especially in morning for when head in to have a great home like breakfast. Definitely 100% recommend this Best Western if you need a quick layover or extended stay.

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Decent amenities but not much around the hotel within walking distance.

Stayed here for a wedding August, 2026. Hotel and Staff were great. Front desk staff very nice and had welcome bags for everyone. Rooms were large with Kitchenette, clean and beds comfortable. They had a full breakfast which was a nice surprise, versus continental and very good. Shout out to Wendy who worked at the breakfast. She was so nice and funny and took the time to talk to people and kept us entertained . They also had a pool table and golf simulator. Have stayed at different hotels and this was the best experience so far. Would definitely stay here again.

We attended a wedding in Drayton Valley this weekend and the suggested hotel was the Best Western. From check in to check out it was a lovely experience - the staff were all friendly, the room was immaculate and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the welcome bags were a nice surprise. I would like to make a special note about Harpal who was working the front desk when we arrived and when we checked out this morning, she is a real asset to the hotel with her warm and welcoming manner. Thanks to Harpal for making our stay a little extra nice.
