  Website advertises continental breakfast, find out when we get there that is no longer the case (now you get a discounted per person breakfast), and we paid more than the maximum room rate, apparently that rate is just no longer valid. Very disappointed.

  I had a Great experience in this hotel My experience at this hotel was excellent. I stay here regularly before heading to camp with my crew, and the reopening of the pool has been a welcome addition that greatly enhances the stay. I would like to specifically commend staff member Ilham for her outstanding professionalism, customer service, and attention to housekeeping. Her efforts consistently exceed expectations. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication. Please keep up the excellent work

  I recently stayed here for a couple of days and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful at all times - they were congenial & more than willing to accommodate a couple of changes to my stay. My room was clean & quiet, the onsite restaurant Rosie's was laid out well, with tasty food. I found the breakfast buffet quite yummy with ample options. The casino offered a good time, yes it's a little small, but lacked nothing that I was looking for - free coffee & ice cold lemon water was very much appreciated. And, a couple of hours before I planned to check out, the pool & hot tub opened up after being closed for a year and a half (so I was told.) THAT was soooo great - it was important to get some laps in after ample over-indulgence during my visit to Camrose...lol. Thank you for everything CRH & Casino - I plan to be back!
