  Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites was amazing! We booked the hotel thinking it was just gonna be an average stay, but everything exceeded our expectations. We especially loved how clean the rooms and bathrooms were. The staff were also super accommodating, especially Nieves and Mhery Anne. Highly recommend

  Everything they prepared for us, especially for our mom was so adorable and thoughtful. She was truly happy, and we couldn’t have asked for more to celebrate her 70th birthday. Thank you so much to Risa, Alina, Precious, and all the staff members for making our stay so special!

  Staff was excellent managing everything from the breakfasts, to the continuous pool towel refills required for a large contingent of kids living the tournament life. Would definitely stay here again.

  I had a good stay at this Calgary location, which was remarkably clean throughout. The room was excellent and featured a generous amount of wardrobe space, making it easy to unpack and stay organized. I also really appreciated the great gym and pool setup, plus the convenience of having Pacini, the restaurant and bar, right downstairs. The only downside was the customer service. The front desk person checking me in wasn't too welcoming, and that first impression could definitely be improved. However, the property itself is well-maintained and convenient, so I would still recommend it.

  Very nice hotel but you can’t use any of the amenities when there are SO many kids running recklessly everywhere with zero supervision. Very loud and VERY crowded. There shouldn’t be 6-10 year old children using the fitness centre and leaving no equipment or room for anybody else, for hours on end. 20+ kids on the waterslide and in the hot tub. Lots of stomping and screaming above us and outside of our door. Large groups of children running through the halls screaming all day and night. I get sports teams need places to stay too but rules should be enforced in public spaces, kids should be supervised, even though the parents seemingly don’t care and have zero consideration or respect for other guests. People who don’t have children STILL deserve to enjoy the spaces they pay for as well as you. Pretty disappointing. Genuinely felt like my vacation took place in an overcrowded daycare, except at daycare the children are actually supervised and the parents usually care what they’re doing when they’re not around. Will not be booking with this chain again, awful experience.
