  **Our Family’s Favourite Hotel\! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Holiday Inn Conference Centre has truly become our family’s favourite hotel\. We always enjoy our stays, and the rooms are comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family\. We also absolutely love dining at Pacini Restaurant — it’s one of the highlights of every visit\. What makes this hotel especially special is the incredible staff and the personal service we receive every time we visit\. They recognize us, remember our family, and always make us feel like valued guests\. Whenever possible, they are kind enough to upgrade our room to a suite, which we greatly appreciate\. A special thank you to Jamie Wright, the housekeeping team, and especially the lovely housekeeping lady who always greets us with a smile (I believe she is the supervisor)\. We also want to mention Heidi at the front desk, who is always wonderful and so pleasant to deal with\. Their friendliness and genuine care make every stay feel like coming home\. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Conference Centre to all our friends and family\. The excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and wonderful dining experience keep bringing us back\. **We will definitely be back again\! Thank you for always making our stays so memorable\! ❤️**

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I honestly have to say that what made it special was the people. Everyone at the front desk —Ignacio ,Angelina, Risa, Renata, , Wendy, Anne, Donna, , Zoranna, and Maria — was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always smiling, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Every time we approached the desk, we were greeted with warmth and treated with respect. A special mention must go to Ignacio, the Front Office Manager. His professionalism and manner are exactly what you hope to encounter in someone leading a hotel’s front desk operation. He was exceptionally helpful, attentive, calm, and respectful, and he went beyond what one normally expects. What impressed me most was the combination of professional efficiency with genuine human kindness. He made things easy, anticipated our needs, and handled everything with a level of care that is becoming increasingly rare in hospitality. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job, and when someone actually cares about the guests — Ignacio is definitely the latter. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well managed, but it was the warmth and attitude of the staff that we will remember most. A sincere thank you to the entire team, You made us feel genuinely welcome, and that makes a much bigger difference than people sometimes realize. We would absolutely stay here again and would be very happy to recommend this hotel to others.

  I don’t give 5-star reviews just to give them, but this place was exceptional. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and we had a really good stay. I especially want to mention Jojo, the housekeeper. Every time we saw her, she had a smile on her face. She was friendly, kind, and did an amazing job. You could tell she cared about what she was doing and about the people staying there. That kind of service makes a difference. Definitely deserving of the 5 stars!

  We stayed here with our small kids and this hotel is amazing, almost too good because it sets the bar for all hotels we would like to stay in in the future. If you are staying with a baby and second child, the rooms have 2 TVs so you can put the baby to bed on the far bed and still have the other kid entertained or doing something after baby is asleep. The rooms were clean, restaurant downstairs amazing, pool was super fun. Great experience! The room was expensive but you can clearly see the value of the cost during the stay.

  Great housekeeping! We asked for some extra towels and a few other things, and JoJo brought everything up promptly. She was super respectful, friendly, and helpful she definitely sets the standard for others! The only reason I gave the rooms 4 out of 5 is because, in my opinion, the standard room is more than enough. The rooms you pay extra for don’t really feel like an upgrade they’re more of a different layout/style. The added wall doesn’t really separate the space enough to make it feel like you’re getting much more for the extra cost. Overall, though, we’ve had a great experience, and the housekeeping service especially JoJo has been excellent!
