  This place is perfect to stay to catch the next day flight at Calgary Airport. Clean and roomy, no need to be too fancy. The free shuttle to the airport is helpful. Our shuttle chauffeur, Sultan, is very accurate and pleasant to talk to, provided nice information to wrap up our wonderful trip.

  After a long day of travel, I didn't arrive until after midnight, so I was especially grateful for the outstanding service I received. I had a small issue with my room, and the front desk attendant, Lowitta, was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. She resolved everything quickly and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, it's employees like Lowitta who keep me coming back to IHG brands. Great service makes all the difference, and she truly went above and beyond. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the bed made for a great night's sleep after a long travel day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary Airport North to anyone visiting Calgary.

  We had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm and professional service. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were well maintained, and the location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and great value. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

  We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We also appreciated the amenities and the overall peaceful atmosphere. Every member of the team made us feel valued and ensured we had a pleasant experience.   Room was ok. The TV's kept cutting out and saying "Lost Signal". Very confusing how a hotel would have a "towel shortage". We're a family of 4 staying 4 nights and there were only 3 towels in the room. When we asked for a couple more they looked at us like we had antlers on our heads and said there was a "shortage of towels" when we asked for an extra pillow they were "all signed out" we talked to a couple more young families staying there that had the same experience. Same went for the swimming pool towels. They were always out of them for some reason. So people just had to go up to your room soaking wet. Also one day where it was a down pour rain day there was water leaking out of the light fixtures in the pool sitting area. We brought it to the front desks attention but they didn't really seem to care
