  Very upscale and modern. But yet still affordable. Restaurant wasn't bad but needed to replenish the crayons. Lol. All in all a very decent hotel. Pool was also good.

  Our stay at this Holiday Inn we booked for a room for 4 people and we booked a king bed and pull out bed. When we arrived we only had 2 towels and absolutely no bedding or sheets for our pull out bed for our kids to sleep on. We called front desk and they told us they didn’t have any extra towels for us and could only provide us with one pillow and no blankets as they didn’t have any left. I explained this was absolutely not ok and not going to work at all as we have 4 people in our room which is how we booked and the fact that they are sold out is not my problem. So she told me they would try and get us one more towel but could only give us 1 pillow and 1 blanket for my kids to share. Room rates were extremely high and we paid over $350 for a room for one night and cannot even get blankets, towels and pillows. Totally unacceptable!

  Nothing but issues with our booking. Called the central reservations to make this booking in advance after knowing how hard it is to book a hotel room for a family of five. Reservations assured me that the king suite would be perfect and the hotel would have a cot for us. Of course they didn’t do any of that in our booking and the Front desk refused to do anything about it. Their fix was two rooms for each at a discounted rate over the price of my original suite. Manager refused to talk to me on the phone, but reception spent 30 minutes texting with them. If you’re on a short layover I suggest you steer clear of this hotel- it won’t be your place for the night.

  Not too bad, to my surprise the breakfast is not included. I have been staying in Holiday Inn for the past 5 years in Canada and the US, every single location offer breakfast included, not this location. I won’t stay here again.

  I love the hotel and restaurant as the first place d is always great. Paneer has always been a great server in the restaurant. I love the beer and burgers that you serve.
