  They damaged my wheelchair and the cupholder when the airport shuttle driver pushed it in the truck and I got no response from the hotel, they have pictures and I called and emailed but nothing, bad service

  They have a good restaurant in the hotel which made for a nice surprise after a long day of travel

  Avoid! Our room was not cleaned from the previous guests!!!! Read other reviews, same experience from others. There was pee all around the toilet when we entered the bathroom; dried around the outside of the bowl. You could literally see it. Hair in the shower. Grime around the door and shower. And the floors werent cleaned. A man came with a rag to wipe up the pee. Then when we pulled the blankets back in our bed, the sheets were dirty. There was hair all over them and literal dirt in them. There was a fishing lure on the microwave and the fridge was never wiped down. There was a sticky substance all over both night stands. We were moved rooms and had to wait until 11:00 pm for sheets, a blanket and pillows for the pull out couch. We waited 1.5 hrs for this and we made up the couch. We had kids to put to bed. The pool area floor is dirty and they has no pool towels. The front desk offered us a free breakfast, but we declined considering the lack of cleanliness throughout the building. Upon checkout, the front desk clerk spoke with her manager by phone and they were willing to offer 20% off for the inconvenience. I requested to speak with the manager but the manager stated "nows not a good time". Ya well, last night wasn't a good time for us either. I followed up and called the manager again on the Monday and the most she could offer for the unacceptable disgusting "inconvenience" was 25% off what we paid. We will not be back.

  Typical franchise hotel located near airport. Major drawback was price and amount of fees added to cost, including breakfast being an additional surcharge that was quite expensive.

  It's a nice hotel close to the airport but a bit far from downtown. The service is good, the rooms are decent and clean. There is a pool with a slide perfect for kids with a hot pool beside. Also a restaurant on the main floor. Plenty of parking and there is a charger for electric cars.
