- JWJonathan WiensJul 24, 20221.0Having stayed in IHG hotels before I had high hopes for a good stay, but I was very disappointed. Hotel was overall in poor shape and felt quite run down. Housekeeping was ok. Breakfast was terrible, with most food running out mid way through breakfast period. What breakfast food was there was very poor quality. Pool was cold and poorly maintained/dirty, with no towels available.

- CMCalais MilosJul 27, 20192.0We stayed at this hotel for one night in the middle of June. We arrived around 10pm and the guy at the desk was friendly. The beds were comfy. However, the room is not quiet...we could hear everything. The hotel also has an issue with towels. We only had hand towels. When I called the front desk asking for 3 body towels so we could all shower the guy told us that there were no cleans towels and that he would leave a note for the morning guy to bring us some at 8am. We never got the towels. When we checked out we asked and the lady said there was no note. SO STRANGE that a chain hotel does not have enough towels....? Also, the coffee machine in the room did not work. I would not recommend this hotel.
