    Booked through Expedia. The air condition does not work properly. It's an older model thermostat. I called the front desk. He came, checked it, adjusted the thermostat, and tried to convince me it was working. It's barely blowing cool air. My family is having a difficult time sleeping due to how warm it feels inside our room. I called the front desk again and said it still feels too warm in our $289 a night room. He asked when I was going to check out. Odd question to ask because that has nothing to do with an aircondition issue. He then said he would try to find us fans. I am so disappointed @ 1:53am

    Well 2 years ago I reviewed and was meh. Just stayed in one the renovated rooms and omg, a million percent difference. Totally outstanding. They are not done the renos yet but from what I saw , Well Done

    Sewer water backed up into our sink, advised front desk and they stated that maintenance was out but would send house keeping to take a look at it. Room service never showed up. Went out for the day and received a call stating they had a new room available for us, got back to the hotel the room was no longer available. Went back to our initial room, sewer water started backing up again with cockroaches. Went to front desk and they stated they had no other rooms, we had 7 people in our room and front desk kept saying it’s only a 5 person suite. Advised front desk I can show my booking which clearly states 7 people. Stood up at the front desk for 2 hours and then they magically had a new room available. Was told to speak to the manager about a refund in the morning. First night in new room my daughters were sleeping on the pull out bed which folded up with them inside of it as it was broken. Next morning spoke with the manager that stated I would need to speak with booking.com for my refund. Advised manager that I would be reporting to health inspector and posting the videos to all social media if I do not get a refund. Manager offered $40 off of one night. After spending $707 on a suite I told them it was unacceptable and would contact booking.com. The whole hotel fiasco was such a nightmare and my children did not feel comfortable in the hotel. Staff was terrible, suite was terrible and their breakfast buffet was not available and were given watery oatmeal and a banana one day, following day they only had muffins. Worst hotel experience ever. Will never stay again and I strongly advise no one else stays here either. As someone that works in customer service, I was understanding at first but in the end they obviously to not care about customer service.
