  This is a beautiful, clean hotel, but unfortunately my experiences with management have left me feeling their customer service is not a priority. Before my first stay, I received a call asking me to change rooms because the hotel had been overbooked. When I explained that I wanted to keep the room I had reserved, I was pressured to accept a smaller room instead. I was drilled why I would want a couch. This was made into quite a big deal. On another occasion, I needed to cancel a reservation after my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly. The front desk staff were kind and compassionate, but my interaction with management was disappointing. While I understand that cancellation policies exist, the lack of empathy and professionalism was difficult to overlook. Most recently, my reservation was cancelled because there was an issue processing my credit card. Rather than contacting me to resolve the problem, the hotel cancelled the booking and sold the room to someone else. When I arrived at 4pm to check in, no rooms were available. There was zero effort made to help find a solution, and no apologies. The hotel itself is clean, attractive, and well maintained, but after several negative experiences with management, I have lost confidence in the level of customer care provided. If I had the option to stay elsewhere for work travel, I would.

  La ubicación es buena, pero de cinco noches que dormí , dos días no limpiaron el cuarto, el desayuno lo quitan a las 9:30 me parece muy temprano, además olvidé unos zapatos, esa misma noche llamé para pasar por ellos, me dijeron obviamente que no estaban, de muy mal gusto, no regresaría, y no lo recomendaría! Lástima tenía otra idea del servicio de los hoteles de esta cadena 😞

  It has truly been an awful experience interacting with this hotel for my child's hockey tournament in Calgary. We were forced to stay in this hotel as part of a stay and play package. I called separately to book the Thursday night as well, so we wouldn't be as rushed Friday. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to reserve the extra day. I then called back on the day before my stay to let them know we would be a late check-in. Another 15 minute wait on hold. I then received an email that looked like a scam attempt letting me know my card was declined and they would cancel my room if I didn't provide them with a new credit card. I called in separately, waited on hold again, and found out that they entered the expiration date incorrectly. I am appalled by the incompetence, and would have cancelled my reservation if we were on a personal stay.

  Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. As a team staying at the property, we expected a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, but were met with the opposite. The front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, showing little interest in accommodating guests. Despite paying to rent a conference room, management imposed unreasonable restrictions and provided virtually no flexibility or customer service. It became clear that large groups were viewed as an inconvenience rather than valued customers. For a hotel that actively markets to teams and group bookings, the lack of hospitality was unacceptable. We invested a significant amount of money in this property and left feeling unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to teams or groups looking for a positive and accommodating stay.

  Ideales Hotel um Calgary und das Umland zu erkunden! Die Tram ( CTrain ) hält direkt vor der Tür. Damit ist man in gut 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Zum Highway nach Banff ist exakt eine Rechtskurve nötig dann nur noch geradeaus ;-). Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Die Zimmer astrein sauber und das Personal freundlich.
