- ECElaine CreechOct 1, 20264.0Fine hotel but nothing amazing. I like the added security when getting anywhere in the hotel, especially the elevators, but the BIG glitch in that system is only one floor needs to swipe in the elevator so anyone could get off on another floor without swiping. I HATE the HVAC system you have where you can't just have it on heat OR cold, however YOUR system seemed to work better than others we've seen. IMO, your breakfast could be greatly improved by adding orange juice and less bitter coffee brand. Also some flavored creamers. Also disappointed that your hotel does NOT participate in recycling. Minor complaints. Good hotel but didn't stand out.
- MFMayumi FukunagaSep 24, 20265.0Closest hotel to C-train station!
- DMDanielle MilleySep 14, 20261.0My family and I recently stayed here and became the victims of some "prank" that led to our harassment and intimidation well into the early hours of the morning. While hotel staff did not cause the issue, they certainly did not seem to take it seriously or care much about what happened to us. They continually minimized our experience and I would have little faith in any security measures on site. I would not recommend any families stay here. We did report the issue to police afterwards but knowing what I know now that should have been our first call.
- TDTravel DadSep 9, 20261.0Stayed here recently. We were continually harassed through the night by teenagers kicking our door. We could not sleep and were scared for our safety. The staff did not help at all. We filed a report with the police. Do not stay here.
- DSDarren S.Aug 17, 20265.0This is the best hotel experience I have ever had firstly GM Loraine was in the lobby greeting guests and asking about the experience and staff especially JOJO provided high quality service with a smile. On top of the staff being amazing this hotel is new extremely clean….everything works, showers in the room are amazing, hot tub is hot, gym has working high quality equipment and has amazing views all around !. Also having a restaurant here that has quality food at all times is amazing. Everything was absolutely amazing! We will be staying here when we are in Calgary going forward. Truly a premium experience!
