  This place is horrible…… staff have no manners and very unprofessional. Receptionist name Mary was very rude and very inhumane.she makes a lot of statements that she made us all disappointed- she even told to my family members not to say anything to the higher administration - for what? She knows she is guilty of everything she treated / entertained my family when we are there few days ago. Whoever read this, DO NOT GO to this place.The manager - he is suitable to this job. All of the staff there need to find another or need to get more training on how to treat customers in a professional manner……. Apparently my brother in law complained and brought this issues to the higher administration of IHG in US.

  I am diamond elite member, i made reservation at this hotel and my reservation was canceled 1 hour before my check in time. I called 1 day before and was put on hold for long time. I stayed at this hotel 1 week earlier and provided all the information to be added to my account for future stay. I even spoke to Simran (the manager) and she was no help at all. I had to pay double price for the same rooms i booked 2 months ago and were cancelled 1 hour before my arrival.

  I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and the manager. We had booked thru Expedia and they would neither refund us our money and they wouldn’t change the dates of our stay to accommodate the family emergency we had. Expedia did what they could but the manager wouldn’t change the dates. We lost over $400 because they wouldn’t push a button to change the dates. Would not recommend. I see from other reviews this looks like a crappy place to stay. Be warned.

  I am sitting at the pool while writing this. There are no towels….. Went to the front desk to ask for said towels. Response….”they are in the wash and will be about 1/2 an hour” it is 1030am, check out is 11:00am. No guest has towels at the pool. Curious how this place is managed properly when they don’t have towels at the pool for guests? Also how can they run out of food at the breakfast? We usually stay here when in Calgary. Make your room rates make sense with sub par basic services??? Shame on you and this hotel!!! Do better holiday inn!

  Dear management, I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I have a booking here and the receptionist Mary is not even empathetic towards the me.. I have come here with a booking through my husband’s corporate company.. they wanted a damage deposit which is 150$ that was a complete surprise for us.. we were not given an option to pay with our Apple Pay or cash and she was like.. you will be staying for so many nights and anything can happen.. stealing towels or damaging appliances.. I am like I don’t have a physical card and my husband will arrive only tomorrow so what am supposed to do.. she is like you can call hotels.com and ask.. while it was through corporate.. also I asked her when I check in I wanted all the list of appliances etc. that are checked so I can have an idea and what if it’s already not working and I am charged for that. . She is like you can call hotels.com and cancel booking.. they will refund and you can book somewhere else.. it’s very rude of her to talk sarcastically and cause trouble to customers.. I am waiting for a friend who is coming over.. what if I didn’t have a friend and they don’t have an option, what am I supposed to do.. it’s very stupid of them to not have an option.. also I have paid the cab I arrived in and got the receipt.. I took my kid to washroom and she just walked in saying you didn’t pay for cab.. while I also have the receipt.. she just accused and said come and talk to cab guy and didn’t even listen to me.. when I came after 5min and asked her.. she is like it’s not you but someone else.. what should I make out and no apology.. she was too rude and not good.. I am writing so when others book they don’t face this stupid consequences and this rude staff
