  Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your hotel. Your website clearly states that the property is pet friendly, which was a major factor in my decision to book my stay. However, upon arrival, I was informed that pets were either not allowed or that there were restrictions that were never disclosed during the booking process. This situation caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress, as I had specifically chosen your hotel based on the information provided online. Misleading advertising regarding accommodations and policies is unacceptable, especially for travelers who rely on accurate details when making reservations. I strongly recommend that you update your website immediately to clearly reflect your actual pet policy so that future guests do not experience the same frustration. I would also appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy and, if applicable, consideration of compensation for the inconvenience caused.   The receptionist Palak was very welcoming and helpful, and I truly appreciate the service. Whenever I travel to Calgary, I prefer staying at this hotel because of the consistent quality. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, the breakfast is good, and overall the service is excellent. It’s also very conveniently located close to the airport, which makes it a great choice for travelers. Highly recommended.

  The stay is exactly as expected - good location with complimentary breakfast. Kids love the pool. The service is amazing - Jade at the front desk is very helpful and courteous - she genuinely cares and hassles around to make sure everything is covered and taking care of each customer. I love her enthusiasm and cheerfulness - made our stay a 5-stars experience! Thank you!!!

  Do not recommend! Nice hotel but horrible service. I was promised a return shuttle. When i called the hotel they said the hotel shuttle doesnt start until 5. When I checked in days prior they wrote down when id roughly be back (vacation and paid to have my vehicle parked). So yes Im at the airport and get told to call a taxi and they would give the taxi driver a voucher thing and pay. It had to be a "City" taxi. K I start talking to taxis. Got no where. Realized this isn't up to me. I took the shuttle to the airport, the shuttle should be picking me up yet they are not providing the service. It's up to them to fix it and arrange something. Finally, the front desk did arrange a taxi as they should . There are about 3 other hotels on that road and I will be staying elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! Cherry on top was that the manager wasnt there to deal or discuss this with.
