The hotel definitely shows ages. Old bed sheet that has hairs and the fabric is heavily pilled yet no one replace them. Sleep on it feeling yuck the whole night. There were guest that would be very noisy in the hallway especially if there is an event and the event guest lives at the hotel. The lobby service desk staff were in general nice but there was this one male staff that was showing impatient altitude toward the guest and actually making "tsk" sound when the guest wasn't able to answer his incomprehensible question. Then his face looks irritated by the guest's inability to answer his question. Breakfast was so so, and the spot to pick up the food is too small to accommodate a rush of people. If you ask me if I'll come back to this hotel, I'll probably say no unless I really have to.

We had an amazing experience with the staff at our wedding. From the beginning to the end, they worked incredibly hard to make sure everything went smoothly. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
Their attention to detail and dedication really made a difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day. We truly appreciate all the hard work they put in to make our wedding so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️
And the most helpful person was charu she is the best

**BED BUG WARNING**
I am leaving this review because I want future guests to be aware of our experience with bed bugs at this hotel.
During our stay, we discovered what we easily proved were bed bugs and immediately reported the issue to hotel management. We were moved to another room, and the hotel arranged for a pest-control company to inspect the room.
We were subsequently told that the inspection found no evidence of bed bugs. However, we were not provided with the inspection report or any documentation showing what was inspected, what was found, or how the conclusion was reached. Given the seriousness of a potential bed-bug infestation, I found that lack of transparency extremely concerning.
We also incurred additional expenses dealing with the situation, including laundry, and the entire experience was stressful and disruptive.
My greatest disappointment was not simply discovering a potential pest issue. Problems can happen at any hotel. What matters is how management responds when a guest reports one. In our case, I did not feel that the situation was handled with the transparency or accountability I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. And after researching this issue on this hotel's review history, this is not the first time they've had bed bugs and also not the first time they've lied about the process.
I strongly recommend that anyone who experiences a similar issue document everything, communicate with management in writing, and keep copies of all correspondence, photographs, and receipts.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, and based on our stay, I actively encourage you and anyone else to not book this property. For your safety and the safety of your home.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We had booked a suite checked it to our room. Immediately, the room was warm.
We left the air conditioning running but the room kept getting warmer. We asked for maintenance and they came by and told us we needed to keep our curtains shut to prevent the room from heating
This was unusual advice but given the fact that we were traveling with kids and the room was about 24c we closed our curtains.
There was no improvement and the room reached a maximum of 25.5c, even with AC set to 17C.
We went to the front desk again and they said unfortunately they cannot move our room. I reached out to the GM via email twice with no response, including to date weeks after the stay.
Ultimately, the day prior to checkout they got a portable ac unit in the room which got us down to 23.5c.
There was no other offer to help, no credit, nothing. This was a terrible stay and be careful - we had other family in different rooms who had similar warm rooms.
WARNING TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN — Please be extremely careful with the in-room TV system.
I am extremely angry and disappointed by what happened during our stay.
Our 8-year-old child was able to purchase pay-per-view movies using the TV remote simply by following a few prompts and repeatedly pressing “confirm/next.” The process was easy enough for a young child to complete without us, as parents, realizing that charges were being added to our room.
The first movie was watched the evening before. We had no idea that our child had actually purchased a movie. Had we known that one movie cost CAD $26.24, we obviously would never have allowed him to use the movie system again the following morning.
On the morning of checkout, while we were busy packing our luggage and getting ready to leave, our child watched TV to keep himself occupied. He browsed different movies, played one for a short time, switched to another, and again watched only for around 10–15 minutes. We had no idea that each time he selected another movie, another full charge was being added to our room.
This is what concerns and angers me the most: what would have happened if our 8-year-old had decided to browse through 10 different animated movies that morning, opening each one for a few minutes just to see what it was? Would we have ended up with hundreds of dollars in charges simply because a child kept pressing “confirm” on a remote control?
I cannot understand how a hotel entertainment system can allow a young child to incur substantial charges this easily. A child being able to follow prompts and press “confirm” does not mean that the child understands he is authorizing a financial transaction.
The hotel told us that prices were displayed, purchase confirmations were shown, and parental controls were available. But as parents, we did not even know there was something we needed to block, because we had no idea that our child could purchase movies this easily in the first place.
We ultimately discovered CAD $78.72 in movie charges on our bill. After explaining the situation to the hotel, they refused to refund the charges.
In more than 25 years of travelling and hundreds of hotel stays around the world, I have never encountered anything like this. I am also a Best Western Rewards member, which makes the way this situation was handled even more disappointing.
Parents, please be extremely careful with the TV system at this hotel. When parents are packing, showering, or preparing to check out, letting a child sit quietly and watch TV seems completely normal. I never imagined that an 8-year-old could so easily generate almost $80 in charges — and potentially much more — simply by browsing movies with a remote control.
