  Just wanted to give a shout out to Laila Tahan from travel at Crowfoot. She has helped us book two vacations, both of them long stay vacations through Exotik Tours. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with both our bookings. We booked a couple vacation for November 2025 and everything went smoothly. I have recently booked a vacation for November 2026; it was a bit more complicated as there are 5 adults in different locations. Laila made the booking process easy for me to do, all by telephone. We are looking forward to our family get away this fall, I know Laila has looked after us.

  We arrived 30 minutes early for my son's road test, exactly as required. We provided all requested documents right away: my vehicle insurance, registration, and my son's driver's licence. We later realized that my son's licence had expired, and I understand that this was our mistake because we did not notice the expiration date. However, the receptionist took all of our documents immediately and kept them for review. Only about 10–15 minutes before the scheduled road test did they finally tell us that the licence had expired. After that, an AMA staff member was unable to clearly explain what was required to resolve the issue. We were not clearly informed that the original work permit was needed in order to renew the driver's licence. Additional time was also spent speaking with a supervisor to finally confirm exactly what documents were required and what steps needed to be taken. The issue is not simply that the road test could not happen. The issue is that a problem that could have been identified earlier ended up wasting our time, and even after it was found, the communication and guidance were unclear and confusing.

  Darlene Droboth was amazing to work with for our Disneyland trip. She made a very good recommendation on the Candlewood suites and we cannot thank her enough for making the trip within our budget and fun.
