  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was new, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was good! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

  Nice and freshly renovated room, very clean. I'm not a fan of the motel door but I appreciated the free upgrade and I'm sure that those who stay long-term appreciate being able to enter/exit right into the parking lot.

  My stay at Surestay, in Brooks, was genuinely pleasant from beginning to end. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home during my stay. I especially want to recognize Anu for her exceptional service. She stood out through her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether it was answering questions, offering assistance, or simply greeting guests with a smile, she made a lasting impression and truly elevated the experience. Staff members like Anu are a big reason why guests choose to return. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.
