  We had a fantastic stay here! The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the housekeeping team was just as kind and attentive. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. (Except for kettle but I think if you ask, maybe they have it. I forgot to ask for one.) The beds and pillows smelled fresh and were especially comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! Oh and I love the night light! And this signage about Best Western Elite members.

  If you’re ever in Airdre, definitely stay here. Management and staff are absolutely amazing and a big shout out to Rhonda the general manager and Jackie. We had a little Oopsie and they made it right. No questions asked will definitely support them when we’re travelling through.

  Nice room, very clean and comfortable bed. AC worked very well. Breakfast was really good. Location is in an industrial area. We had no hot water in the morning to shower or wash.. The front desk said this is normal for mornings on busy weekends. We waited for 1.5 hours and had cold showers then left. Weird this issue hasn’t been addressed!

  We had a great stay! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. The TV was great and even had YouTube, which was a nice bonus. We also loved the lighting throughout the room, with plenty of lamps that made the space feel warm and cozy. The complimentary breakfast was simple but nice and had everything we needed to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Free parking right in front of hotel. The only thing the washroom stand bath is low to the floor so water comes out a lot as they don’t have proper shower curtains on and is more like a normal curtain. But overall definitely recommend this place!

  We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, Keona was Amazing paired with Wonderful and Friendly Maria! Our rooms were absolutely spotless, quiet, and featured a very comfortable bed. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of well-stocked hot and cold options. With its perfect location and easy highway access, I would definitely stay here again.
