- KMKeila McCutcheonDec 28, 20255.0Our climate control was a bit loud for our tastes but overall the room itself was very nice! Clean, large, and refreshing to be in. We were here for one night and the smoke detector began to beep. Staff responded quickly to our room and changed out the batteries after confirming that there was no emergency. Big thank-you to Steve for doing this!! We will definitely stay here again.
- ABArianna BlueDec 23, 20251.0If I could give one star, I would. Came to the hotel with family and had two lunch bags with various sauces/foods so had one big green freezer pack to keep them well. Took it out to put it in the mini fridge’s freezer overnight, and accidentally left it, forgetting to set a reminder to check/grab it, so i know i left it there. also “lost” a pair of black earbuds in our room, and once I called to ask for lost + found, as well as give the room number and exact look of everything, the receptionist had told me nothing was in there. She definitely could’ve been being truthful, but the fact of the matter is one of three things happened: she lied and kept them for herself once found, a housekeeper found and stole it instead of reporting it to lost + found, or they just don’t clean their rooms effectively and within due time, given the fact that I called days after I realized. Highly do not recommend if you wanna keep the things you own.

- JKJazmine KDec 10, 20251.0I had an atrocious experience at this best western. The staff called and badgered me on the phone because I had not informed them I would be arriving at 10pm to check in. Mind you, I booked the room a mere 90 minutes earlier online. On arrival, I was mistreated heavily by the staff. In an attempt to be vindictive, they placed me in the room directly next to the breakfast room. The floors are so thin you can hear everyone walking, talking, and using the toilet in the rooms on the second floor. The management did nothing when I addressed my concerns with the way I was treated the night of check in. The worst part of this all, a month later the security deposit hold on my credit card still has not lifted. I will now be seeking legal reparations for this. Avoid at all costs and go to literally any other hotel in Williams Lake.
