- DNDanielle NoreMar 25, 20262.0I had a late-night stay at this hotel; I booked through the corporate website, was not aware of policy about not allowing children in specific rooms, this is posted on their personal website. I requested a king room and due to type of room my child was not allowed in there so the desk person assigned a different room. when we got to the room it smelled strongly of cigarettes and there was pubic hair in the tub and all over the floor. I called the desk and he was apologetic and assured me I would not be charged for that. He did not offer a room change or to have someone come clean the bathroom, we ended up sleeping with the window open and the kitchen fan on to try help with the odor. at check-out I received 30.00 off of my bill and 1000. points. The manager wanted to make it right, but this just did not equate to the level of discomfort the conditions created. edited to add Pool is not open until 930am

I actually just left to get groceries the front desk staff was taking so long just to check in 1 guest. It should not take over 20 mins and multiple attempts to check in a guest.
