Loved our stay at Four Seasons Resort Whistler.
Everything from the food, room service, ski concierge, and spa treatments were amazing.
We stayed for a long weekend to go skiing and snowboarding. When we arrived we were greeted by the valet attendants and sent our outdoor gear off with the ski concierge (who kept our gear near the mountain base).
The next morning we enjoyed the wonderfully diverse buffet breakfast consisting of many sweet and savory options (loved the crepes, fluffy scrambled eggs, pastry, bacon, & smoked salmon).
The 2nd day on the mountain I had a private half-day snowboarding lesson with a snowboarding instructor named (we booked this through Four Seasons). The instructor was patient and taught me the basics. If you have the money, book the lesson, if you have friends who are patient with you and will teach the basics then just get them to stick with you on the bunny slopes for a day or so. My husband was able to do his fun black runs while I was with the instructor.
After a 2 days on the mountain I selected the a recovery massage. The spa lockers were well kept, their plush robes super cozy, and their waiting/relaxation rooms were stocked with light snacks and beverages to enjoy while waiting to be called back for a massage. My masseuse was attentive to all my knotted areas and gentle on the sore ones.
Our hotel room was clean and well kept by the attendants each day. The only issue we had with our room happened on the last day where the shower handle just got stuck and the water wouldn't turn off. They sent mechanics to our room to fix it and they were still in the process of fixing it while we checked out.

We just returned from a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons Whistler. The hotel is beautiful, warm, and perfectly suited for a winter getaway. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and truly gave us a wonderful sense of place in the mountains.
The food throughout the hotel was excellent — delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. The outdoor pool, while a bit dated, is very well maintained and provided the perfect respite after long days on the slopes.
Where the Four Seasons Whistler truly excels is service. Every single person we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional hospitality — from reception, to the restaurant and pool staff, to the house car driver. Everyone was fantastic.
We would absolutely love to return next winter. We’ve stayed at other luxury properties in Beaver Creek, Jackson Hole, Vail, and Big Sky, and Four Seasons Whistler stands out as the best.

How could one not speak highly of the Four Seasons Hotel in Whistler? From the very moment of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Resort Assistant Manager Ioto Masuno, a Japanese professional who, as we understood, holds a managerial position within the hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt genuinely welcomed upon arrival and on several other occasions throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is simply outstanding, not only for its visual beauty, but also for the attention to detail and the sense of warmth and comfort found in every space. The common areas are truly impressive, from the restaurant—which serves an excellent breakfast and transforms into a superb bar in the evening, a place we visited every one of the seven nights we stayed at the hotel, even if only briefly—to the ski services area.
The concierge service, conveniently located next to the Blackcomb Gondola, is another remarkable highlight. The hotel team goes above and beyond to assist guests, to the point of offering to help put on your ski boots—perhaps excessive, but very much in line with the Four Seasons standard. The staff is young, highly motivated, and consistently willing to make every effort to provide exceptional service. The ski concierge, situated right beside the Blackcomb Gondola, offers a high level of comfort and efficiency, providing outstanding support to hotel guests who ski.
The room in which we stayed was exceptionally spacious, measuring approximately 70 square meters. It featured a very large living area that could comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The minibar was impressively well stocked, offering a wide selection of beverages. The room stood out for its thoughtful details, including an in-room iPad that allows guests to request pillows, blankets, and other amenities one might desire during their stay. Hotel food and room
Service are amazing and very fast.
The bed was outstanding—as one would naturally expect from a Four Seasons property. The room, the bathroom, and all accompanying spaces were remarkably spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. In addition, the room featured a balcony with a pleasant forest view, which added to the overall sense of tranquility.
To conclude, the true highlight of the hotel is the concierge team stationed at the entrance to the parking area. In addition to the continuous shuttle service—comprised of buses and shared vans that run frequently and typically return within five to ten minutes, transporting guests to both Blackcomb and Whistler Villages—the hotel also offers private vehicles. Depending on demand, these cars are available to take guests promptly to restaurants, ski areas, and other destinations within Whistler.
A special mention goes to Anthony, a remarkably kind and attentive professional who assisted us greatly throughout our stay. While the entire team was outstanding, Anthony and Ioto Masuno stood out as individuals with whom we had the most contact, and whose dedication and care truly made a meaningful difference in our stay.
