We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, as we’ve always wanted to visit Whistler. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered top notch customer service. They went above and beyond by surprising her with a cake and upgrading our room.
The only issue was that our restaurant reservation didn’t go through, even though the front desk told us it was confirmed. When we showed up to Sidecut, they had no record of it. Fortunately, the hostess rearranged a few things and seated us within 10 minutes.
Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms are beautifully designed with high-quality materials that make everything feel luxurious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the sense of privacy throughout the property and the professionalism of the staff —everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and respectful.
There was a small hiccup during checkout, but it was handled quickly and professionally, which only reinforced the level of service we’ve come to expect from the Four Seasons. We would absolutely visit again —a truly five-star experience.

Professional and five-star quality service. We were very satisfied with our stay — the team truly delivered a premium experience.
My only comment is regarding the resort fee. It would feel more transparent and aligned with the premium standard if the resort fee were included in the advertised room price, rather than added at checkout!!

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly five-star. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed.
The rooms were beautifully appointed — spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the little touches like cozy robes, turn-down service, and in-room amenities made our stay feel extra special.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet inviting. We loved spending time by the fire in the lounge, and the pool and spa were absolute highlights — quiet, pristine, and the perfect place to unwind.
Whether it was dining, concierge help, or even small personal requests, the service was consistently exceptional. The Four Seasons delivers a level of comfort and care that truly sets it apart.
We can’t wait to return — a perfect stay in every way.

The Four Seasons Resort Whistler is pet‑friendly luxury done right. From the moment you arrive with your furry companion, you realise this place doesn’t just allow pets -it celebrates them. Plush dog beds, bowls, treats waiting in your room, and zero surprise fees.
The resort itself? Mountains, trails, a heated outdoor pool and cedar sauna.
Staff are genuinely accommodating, service slick yet warm, making it feel like you’re staying in a friend’s chic alpine pad rather than a massive resort.
If you love staying somewhere where you and your pet both feel like home, this hits the mark.
