They went above and beyond by surprising her with a cake and upgrading our room. The only issue was that our restaurant reservation didn’t go through, even though the front desk told us it was confirmed. When we showed up to Sidecut, they had no record of it. Fortunately, the hostess rearranged a few things and seated us within 10 minutes. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
