The room was spotless modern and super comfortable the beds are incredibly cozy. The location is perfect if you want a peaceful escape while still being close to everything. It is right next to Elk Beaver Lake Regional Park where I enjoyed morning walks with stunning views. It is also just a short drive to Butchart Gardens downtown Victoria and the airport super convenient without the downtown hustle. The on site Lakes Restaurant Bar was a highlight. The food was delicious try the happy hour specials and the service was attentive and warm. Breakfast options were great to start the day right. The pet friendly policy was a bonus for travelers with furry friends and the seasonal outdoor pool area looked inviting. Everything felt freshly renovated and well maintained. This hotel exceeded my expectations for value and comfort. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Victoria thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience.

It sits right by Shopping centres, offering easy access to restaurants, yet it’s still a short drive to downtown Victoria and the airport. It made getting around incredibly convenient. - ABA BaloghDec 19, 20254.0All around awesome stay, the room was well organized and finally my biggest pet peeve of hotels was not in play here, Holiday Inn has sensibly done away with the antiquated 80s style shaw tv still abundant in Vancouver and has current Telus optic style TV with an actual remote ,,another nice little touch were the lighted plug outlet to guide you or the kids in the night for bathroom trips without a bright light on ,,little things .ake a big difference sometimes,,the restaurant downstairs had an excellent burger ,, bill was a little pricey but food was great, breakfast as well great omelette and coffee! Will definitely be my go to stop when im in the area
