They have a tendency to overbook and cancel your paid reservation 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. Informed us via an email, didn't bother to call us or provide any alternate solutions

Not clean , and Mice issue Nice newly renovated Hotel, but not clean , minimal surface cleaned , which is too bad, the dirty mess will out weigh the Reno’s I booked 2 rooms , both needed additional cleaning - dust all along the wall, crumbs and bits under chair and behind desk was disgusting, walks had spill on them 2nd room was a suite for my daughter and family . We wiped things down with Lysol wipes as we had 2 toddlers staying in that room , carpet and tile floor need vacuuming , built up dust also around edges, hair in bath tub , wipe the tile with a wipe and it was black , we called down to ask for the room to be recleaned - 1 hr later they arrived , then we notice the fridge was not working reported it twice as we had baby foods to store . Finally after 3 hours and multiple calls someone came up with pliers to turn the broken dial up Icing on the cake this suite had 1 bed in bedroom and sofa bed in the living area - we notice a mouse trap under the sofa within hand reach - toe reach of anybody that might walk up to the couch - the 3 year old and 1 year old would of had access to this . I called down to the front desk to be told there is no issues with mice - when I explained I also SAW mice running in the restaurant, he commented that his seperate from the hotel , well I am sorry it has direct walk in access from front desk. I ask to speak to manager and was told no manager tonight (Sat Oct25) no manager on Sunday but possibly Monday I asked to be contacted as this is not what we expected with Holiday Inn standards - still no call back Nov 11 - Halls are dirty walls and edges

Unfortunately, this hotel is poorly managed. The front desk staff seem disorganized, and the key cards constantly stop working — I had to go back to the lobby every single day just to get access to my room again. The towels are old and feel like sandpaper, definitely not what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. Do yourself a favor and find a better place nearby with softer towels and friendlier, more professional management.
