    My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Carlton Plaza for two nights while we were in Victoria for a concert. We found the staff extremely courteous and respectful, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome! I especially appreciated the front desk staff continuing to check on us by text while we stayed with them. I have never experienced this elevated level of convenience at any other hotel! Rather than having to call the front desk during our stay, it was so much easier to send a quick text and they were very responsive. I do have a couple of minor critiques though. Our room was located at the end of the building on the corner of Johnson Street and Broad Street; although we were on the fourth floor, we could still hear the nightclub on the main floor below us. There was also no microwave in our room and we were told that they were only supplied in the suites. I have never experienced that before either, all hotel rooms usually have a microwave. The location is very central and convenient as we were close to downtown and the concert venue. We would definitely stay here again.

    Stayed here to be close to the save on memorial centre for the epic Megadeth concert and the hotel exceeded all expectations from wonderful price, valet parking ( amazing) warm spacious comfortable and private room with a huuuge balcony ( morning coffee with the birds day after) then we just rode the elevator to Ruby's for more coffee and breakfast that was not only so fast but sooo delicious! 10/10 our stay again for the next concert or just if we want to adventure Victoria!!!

    I have stayed twice at the Best Western in Carleton for long durations over a week with my family in a one-bedroom suite room. The front desk staff is extremely friendly. They're very knowledgeable of the city of Victoria and can offer places and advice to eat, walk and shop. From complementary umbrellas to borrow in case it rains to valet parking. This is my go-to family friendly Best, Western hotel in Victoria.
