Jaspreet was so accommodating getting my wife bandaids/gauze and cleaning up the mess!! In the morning the manager, Tina was so apologetic for the incident and gave us a free night!! Couldn't of asked for better service. Thank you, Holiday Inn, Vernon and staff. We will be back! Highly recommend this place and the breakfast is top notch!

I spoke to front desk about where I should park my car all parking is full. He replied, You can park on the street. He was so rudely talking to me seems like he doesn’t care about guest. They share parking with Best western but they don’t have space for their guest. They don’t tell you when people book the hotel. This is hotel responsibility to provide parking to their guest. Also Room is not in good quality. Old rooms, old furniture. Smells in the Room. I would never recommend to anyone in Future to book and visit this Holiday inn Hotel in Vernon.
