The young gals are more into talking amongst themselves when I checked in. Hot tub down and it had been days I overheard! The signage for breakfast says to 1030 so I planned my checkout accordingly and got there at 1010 am and CLOSED she said! Wanted to use my 20 percent off discount! A bust.

We arrived for two nights. I payed for 1 adult and 3 kids and ended up with only 2 towels in my room. The pool was very dirty lots of garbage on the floor and no towels available for us when we exited the pools. There was a hockey team there and kids were running each levels playing manhunt game and were running all night till after 10. I complained to front desk they checked but didn’t resolve it. I paid for my elderly parents to stay on the 2nd floor and they couldn’t handle the noise and will not come back again. Parents should watch their children and if your paying over $200 a night the least you can do is resolve the situation instead of me staying by their door telling to children to stop running the halls and screaming. We feel that there should be some reimbursment for our very unpleasant stay that we had for both nights.

Okay, first of all DO NOT USE THE POOL!!!! their staff have zero knowledge on treating the pool. My family have been suffering with serious sinus infection since being juat in thw room of the pool. Their chlorine levels were off the charts!!!! I tested it my self with they should have done a water change. Reminds me of the issue with the hotel in canmore with those kids being hospitalized.
