Too bad as the hotel is lovely with the Reno’s they did but they still seem to be working out the kinks which is to be expected but with that you should have a team committed to show care and adaptiveness to find work arounds to ensure each issue would get resolved.

A special shout-out to the front desk team and the hotel manager, Raj. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. After I returned to Vancouver, I realized I had left my jacket in the room. Raj and the team were kind enough to arrange for it to be mailed back to me, and they were patient, cooperative, and friendly every step of the way. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vernon.

Around 2 a.m., another guest entered my room — apparently, the front desk had either given them a key to my room or double-booked it. It was extremely unsettling to have someone walk in while I was asleep. I wasn’t offered a sincere apology or any compensation for the mistake, and I wasn’t able to get back to sleep afterwards, even though I had to work early the next morning. This was a serious lapse in professionalism and security. If you’re looking for a reliable and restful stay, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.
