Comfortable clean rooms with lots of onsite amenities and close to everything in town. Casino and grocery shopping along with eating places within easy walking distance, both across the street and next door.

I specifically requested this "Premier" Best Western during my work trip, but was surprised when I got there that there's no complementary breakfast. You get 20% off a purchase of breakfast at the attached restaurant, but as a business traveler I have always stayed at Best Westerns specifically because it saves me the costs of buying a breakfast somewhere else. I can normally grab snacks as well and take them for lunch while I'm at work and as such the value is unbeatable. For example, the Best Western Plus in Revelstoke has everything included, is located centrally, and feels like a higher quality facility than this "Premier" location. Some more examples of this is that the laundry facility had old coin laundry machines, which is tacky, the homeless were constantly roaming around the cars, the hot tub was out of service (from the comments I'm not sure if they just leave the sign up all year round), and they require a 24 hour cancellation. This is a big problem, because if I finish my work early, they will still charge for the next day. This is actually the only place I've ever run into this and it hardly seems appropriate. I'm likely not going to visit this location again and try for the other one - if that fails I'll start staying somewhere else. There's really no point. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, modern, and the wifi did work. The guests were pretty noisy as I think there may have been a hockey convention or something in town. That went on all night, which kept waking me up. There was also a lot of construction next door.

We arrived for two nights. I payed for 1 adult and 3 kids and ended up with only 2 towels in my room. The pool was very dirty lots of garbage on the floor and no towels available for us when we exited the pools. There was a hockey team there and kids were running each levels playing manhunt game and were running all night till after 10. I complained to front desk they checked but didn’t resolve it. I paid for my elderly parents to stay on the 2nd floor and they couldn’t handle the noise and will not come back again. Parents should watch their children and if your paying over $200 a night the least you can do is resolve the situation instead of me staying by their door telling to children to stop running the halls and screaming. We feel that there should be some reimbursment for our very unpleasant stay that we had for both nights.
