  Had a lovely quiet stay. Room was clean and nice. Bed comfortable and clean. Would stay again. Friendly staff. Great location.

  4 stars are only for incomplete 'hotel policies' listed in the app. There is a mandatory "$100 incidentals" charge held on your card at check in.... Which IS NOT mentioned in the hotel policies portion of the information page in the app Adding that phrase would help out the front desk while they complete their task of checking in people. I am POSITIVE I am not the only person who has questioned ghis policy, since the initial responses to the questioning of that was met with pretty rote answers. However, Jade went above and beyond her jo duties as she tried diligently to both help me check in AND follow hotel policies. It isn't HER fault it isn't listed in the hotel policies section; yet she knew her tasks required taking an incidentals deposit. Her struggle to help an exhausted, loyalty member was -to say the least- heroic! This establishment should be proud to have them represented by her. She presented a compromise to her manager that helped me get to my room for my much needed rest after having driven 11 hours to get to the hotel. Thank you Jade! The hotel is a real bargain, and Jade a gem.

  5 Stars + all around for this Best Western. From the front desk to our entry into our room to supper at Ricky's restaurant. Everything was top notch. The space of the room, the coffee station in the room, the bathroom amenities, even the layout of the room was awesome. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was a statement of how much pride this accommodation has. We only stayed 1 night, but we definitely will return....happily. Well done Best Western, you should be proud of what you are offering the public.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this stay at the Best Western in Vernon was honestly disgusting and incredibly disappointing. We stayed February 6–7. When we first got to our room, there was urine on the toilet and the beds were visibly dirty. It was so unsanitary that we immediately tried to call the front desk — except the phone in the room didn’t even work. We had to physically go down to complain. The only response we received was a quick “sorry,” and we were moved to a different room. Originally, we were placed right beside the elevator, which was important because I currently have a broken leg. The new room we were given was at the very end of the hallway, making it 10 times harder just to get to and from the room. There was absolutely no consideration for this. While the second room was slightly cleaner, it was still far from acceptable. There was a hair hanging from the shower head, and when I tried to take a shower, the shower head was half broken. Part of it sprayed down properly, but the other half sprayed straight out of the shower onto the floor. I stepped away for two minutes and came back to find the entire bathroom floor soaked. It was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. We were told a manager would be in the next morning to speak with us. However, when we checked out, we were told there was no manager in that day. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had — unsanitary rooms, poor maintenance, and no real effort to resolve the situation beyond a half-hearted apology. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here.
