  The reception staff is the worst .Richard didn’t help me in any way . As hotel policy I have to get a deposit from credit card or either cash/debit card . But he denied to help also he was really rude plus disrespectful . I had to leave the hotel and change it to different one . The hotel staff told I will get my refund but I didnt got any . Worst service . Prefer not to stay

  Our room had two queen beds with a small little attached room with twin bed. This was a great option since we have teenagers. This gave us some extra space to spread out! The hotel is undergoing renovations on the main level and 2nd floor, but we could not hear any construction noise from our room. The hotel has three separate elevator sections and not all of the elevators take you to the same areas. There are different elevators to different sections of the garage. It’s a bit confusing but manageable. Skip the hotel breakfast “restaurant.” It’s housed in a conference space during renovation and it’s just not worth the price. There are many other options nearby. Rooms were recently “refreshed” and clean. The towels are thin. The pillows smelled like they were either very old or needed to be washed. The front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations and taking the time to point out places of interest on the map.

  Room 730 is oddly configured...tiny little shower & toilet room on one side, then a separate small sink and coat closet consolidated space across from it. Shower water pressure is abysmal. Bed duvet smells weird. Rest of the room is great, excellent layout & the climate control is perfectly regulated by the thermostat. Housekeeper Andrea is an absolute angel, she helped us out several times with a big, warm smile and a happy personality...she could really teach the hospitality industry something about superior service! Hotel location is decent, some good local spots within easy walking distance. Breakfast staff are awesome, quick to clear used dishes & refill empty coffee cups. Front desk guys at night aren't overachieving at anything, just doing the bare minimum.
