  For a long time, the first Hilton we were 100% Happy with. The staff was exceptionally friendly and forthcoming, the room was in pristine conditions and the pricing very fair! The staff placed our baggage in the room while we were out dropping off our rental car and the room was ready early. Definitely would stay here again. Also, the bathroom had heated floors !!!

  This hotel is in need of some serious updating. The sofa in our room was saggy and tired, not to mention the food crumbs that were on the sofa when we arrived and stayed there our entire stay. The staff was polite, kind and friendly. We did have an issue with our reservation that was not able to be resolved. The room next to us had a family with children that cried and yelled and we could hear every word.

  The Hilton Vancouver Downtown is an older property, but it still delivers a very solid overall stay with comfortable rooms and a good downtown location. The suites-style layout gives you more space than a typical city hotel, which is great for longer stays or work trips. However, the elevator situation is a major downside and genuinely impacts the experience. With only two elevators serving more than 30 floors, wait times can be long and frustrating, especially during peak check‑in, check‑out, and breakfast hours. This bottleneck makes getting to and from your room feel inefficient and can definitely negate some of the convenience of staying in a central, otherwise well-run hotel.

  We stayed at the Hilton Downtown Vancouver during the first week of December 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and regularly checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly, which made us feel very well looked after. They were also incredibly insightful with local recommendations, from dining to things to do nearby, which really helped us make the most of our time in Vancouver. A special touch we appreciated was the vouchers provided for kids for local activities; it made traveling with children feel easy and thoughtful. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and attention to detail. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to families and couples alike.

  My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Hilton in Downtown Vancouver, BC. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city and easy walking distance of great dining, shopping, and local attractions. It made exploring Vancouver very easy and enjoyable. What really set this stay apart, though, was the outstanding staff. Jenny went above and beyond by serving fantastic food and sharing awesome recommendations for local activities that really enhanced our trip. Arif Ismail also provided amazing service and spot-on food recommendations, we genuinely appreciated his attention and hospitality. Tim at the concierge desk was very helpful as well, always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Hilton to anyone visiting Vancouver.
