The suite was clean and spacious, with a separate sitting area that made a huge difference during our stay. There was decent storage space, a very comfortable bed and a surprisingly roomy bathroom. The location is convenient - within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and many of Vancouver’s central attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again. Happy, professional and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and in good repair. A couple of cleaning things noted below. Pool and hot tub great if the hot tub water is dumped and refilled. Will look forward to another stay.

The staff is very attentive, professional and friendly. During our last stay our server, Debera, remembered our coffee order every morning. We didn't even have to ask! She took excellent care of us every morning. Highly recommend.
