The location of the hotel is very central to activities in the Downtown Vancouver area - we ended up walking to all our planned activities because of how central/accessible it was. We ended up arriving earlier than expected, and the hotel was about to hold our bags/deliver them to the room when it was time for us to officially check in. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is aiming to explore downtown and wants a comfortable place to stay!
- AHAsena HazalFeb 2, 20261.0Worst experience ever. Due to a delayed flight, I arrived at 12:10 a.m. (midnight) There was no one at the property, the door was locked, and no one answered my calls. I made my booking through Booking.com, and customer service told me there was a check-in window between 4:00 p.m. and midnight, which I had never been informed of. I have never heard of a strict “until midnight” check-in without prior notice. As a result, I was unable to check in, could not get a refund, and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night after a long flight. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
- RBRichard BeauchampJan 14, 20263.0We had a bed with a rut/divot in it which made sleeping a bit on the uncomfortable side. One of thr outlets wasn't working. We could also hear the people in the rooms next to us so privacy wasn't fantastic. Parking was not included in the costs and $37/day is a bit much considering how much rooms downtown can be. It's very close to a few great shops and restaurants like Breka and Yolks, while Pacific Center is only a few blocks away. Friendly staff at the front desk.

- THThomas HDec 16, 20255.0This place is in the heart of downtown Vancouver with tons of restaurants shopping grocery stores cultural events theaters Etc very easily accessible within the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center on the 28th 29th and 30th floor of the North Tower very Tastefully decorated very comfortable amazing views of the city
