  This hotel is absolutely horrible the way they treated me and basically called me a liar told me I signed a form that I didn't sign at all when I showed them my id and the signature on the paper they showed me a shoot video trying to say I signed this paper which was very clear its was not my sign this and the person working h at the desk signed it and said I did at too my deposit for the room seemed like a money grab to me very poor service and very untrustworthy to be honest and I wouldn't recommend going to this place ever absolutely discussed with this hotel .. $700 all together for 1 night that 400 for the night 300 deposit, stay clear of this dishonest place

  Terrible customer service communication. I have stayed here at least 20 times and everytime I ask for a late check out, they offer it to me, yet every time their house keeping staff repeatedly knocks on our door and we get a phone call because it was not communicated. Yesterday my aunt who was staying with me, checked me in with my reservation asking for the first Nations rate that her band has been receiving for 30 years and had to ask for a manager and was given a hard time. Later in the evening we called down to extend our stay for a night and were told its all taken care of and the payment was taken from her credit card. This afternoon we received a call from the front desk threatening me that I need to come down and make a payment by 4:00 when it was already taken from her card. We packed our bags and were ready to leave when the front desk employee said they have the payment and graciously allowed us to stay since the payment was made. I love this hotel, and am upset how they treat their loyal customers. Please work on your communication customers. This was not a pleasant birthday weekend stay.

  Feels like there is a lot of misleading reviews for this place. The location is good, rooms okay and service was average. There’s so much homelessness in this area and a shelter near by we think. There was random yelling in the street some nights but we were up high and didn’t get as much of it either all the doors and windows closed. My biggest gripe with this hotel was trying to get a package delivered during my stay. We spoke to the hotel weeks before we arrived about getting a delivery then also on the day we arrived we reminded them and they said they would leave a note on our booking. Despite that my delivery tuned up and they turned it away! 😡 I suppose I could have reminded them a third time the day the delivery was due but I didn’t think it was necessary as they already said they had noted it! I was finally able to get it delivered across the road to a pick up point the day before we departed.

  Location: it’s located about 10min from Robson St which is the main st in town. However the hotel is located down town in the entertainment precinct, lots of homeless and the clubs were pumping music up so loud and there were always police activity. Rooms:we were given a room on leave 13 with a balcony, despite that, the music and the police sirens was heard nearly every night Service: the first day we checked in, the lady at the reception was nice and helpful, however through the rest of our stay, we didn’t feel very welcome by the receptionist. Room: rooms were ok in size for 2, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Location was off putting to be honest, I’d stay elsewhere if you are after a good nights rest

  Didn’t they the package deal they advertised and thought I was booking. No offer of discount when checking into that situation and charged WAY too much for parking.
