We stayed at the hotel from December 22 to January 3, and because of an RCI system issue, our reservation started off as a complete mess—overlapping dates, room confusion, and a lot of uncertainty. It was shaping up to be a very stressful stay. Thankfully, on the night of December 26, Silvia at the front desk stepped in. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us. She carefully untangled the situation and made everything right. Silvia truly made all the difference: what could have been a frustrating experience—due to issues completely outside the hotel’s control—became a great and memorable stay thanks to her care and professionalism.
