Yesterday at the front desk, a guy with name Aayush provided an excellent service. I arrived with my friend for a one night stay, and that time I forgot my passport at the table. After a short while, he gives the idd to our room safely. We also requested extra blankets, and he provided them immediately. He was very active and helpful and even assisted with housekeeping tasks. I really appreciated his friendly and kind behaviour towards guests. Everything was perfect. We will recommend this place to our friends and we would love to stay here again.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Flughafens mit eigenem AirportShuttle und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In meinem Zimmer war leider der Teppich vor dem Bad nass und aus dem Bad kam Abflussgeruch. Die Tür musste stets zu bleiben. Der zweite negative Punkt im Punkto Zimmer ist, dass die Klimaanlage so laut war, dass sie mich nachts immer wieder geweckt hat. Leider konnte ich sie nicht ausschalten und würde daher im 30 min Takt geweckt. Außerdem gab es keine Deckenbeleuchtung im Zimmer.
Das Bad war scheinbar vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert und daher modern und ausreichend sauber.
Für eine Nacht um nah am Flughafen zu sein ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff especially Aayush at the front desk. We are couple booked a room for our short stay. He kindly arranged a complimentary quiet room for us, and also when my keys were not working, he immediately delivered new keys to my room. I like the hospitality of the hotel. And I truly admire his friendly nature and professionalism and excellent coordination. Hotel staff made our stay comfortable and pleasant. I will give prefer to my friends to stay in this hotel.Main thing is that it’s budget friendly.

Good Evening,
I would like to take a moment to appreciate the staff and team members at your property.
I was having dinner at the White Spot restaurant this night, which is connected to the Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel, when I witnessed a situation involving a family with a small baby, approximately four months old. The baby suddenly became unconscious and appeared to have panic-like symptoms.
There was a front desk staff member named (A.P.) who handled the situation exceptionally well. I was truly impressed by the calm and caring manner in which he assisted the baby and the parents. His professionalism and compassion in such a tense moment were remarkable.
I would also like to commend the rest of the hotel staff for their cooperation and prompt response. They quickly arranged for an ambulance and managed everything efficiently and with great care.
Please convey my sincere appreciation to Aayush and the entire team for their outstanding service and humanity.

Très mauvaise expérience :
Nous avions réservé 9 mois avant directement sur le site BW et le site ne fait pas de rappels automatiques (à la différence de Bboking). La personne l’accueil n’a pas cherché à comprendre ou à nous alerter sur le fait que nous avions finalement deux chambres de réserver (nous avions refait une réservation nous nous en rappelant plus).
Aucun geste commercial remarquable : 15% de remise sur un prochain séjour !
Le personnel de l’accueil n’était pas impliqué et serviable.
La climatisation est un vieux système faisant un bruit d’enfer et ne refroidit pas.
Il n’y a pas d’insonorisation et notre chambre donnait sur échangeur routier très passant.
Je pense qu’au même prix on peut trouver mieux et encore plus près de l’aéroport.
La literie était correcte.
