- KBKatie BrownJan 5, 20265.0I stayed over Christmas and it was absolutely amazing. Our room was more than we needed and so spacious, perfect for a Christmas getaway. Tony at the front desk was so helpful and our check-in was absolutely seamless. They also have a great restaurant at the hotel (Park Pub) and the atmosphere is amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting Alan, one of the bartenders, and he helped make our stay extra special. We felt like one of the locals (it seems to be a favourite in the neighbourhood). Special shoutout to Jimmy, Emily and Neeve, who also served us and made us feel like the only people in the room. All around a fabulous stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in the west end!

It also feels safe, and it’s very convenient because you can get to downtown easily with just one bus. There are many restaurants nearby, and the restaurant bar on the first floor of the hotel serves delicious food. The hotel also has a golf simulator, which is a great option to enjoy even on rainy days.

Ordered medium steak with a side of wings and yum fries. The fries were specially good, best I ever had. Kudos to the kitchen team, and also to chef Mimik who I inquired made the wings and fries. Amazing experience, would recommend!!
