  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Was sent a pre check-in text to pre register the truck Found out as I walked in ..Dog friendly including treats and scitches from enthusiastic employees.. and there was 3 in the lobby at check-in 10/10 We were offered water and complimentary snack at check-in Suite is amazing with all the amenities. Highly recommend!

  Went there for a conference so I can't speak for the rooms or anything attached to them. Lobby, conference room and adjacent bathroom were very clean. The employees were very respectful with an easy, authentic smile. The only ick, was that the path of the conference room was not evident with no signs to get there.

  Nice place, it could use an upgrade. No place to charge cellular phones, lamp plugins are so outdated. TV’s are outdated. Beds are comfy. Lots of stores are walking distance. Staff are super friendly, restaurant food is great, restaurant staff are very nice

  Stayed at Best Western Premier Chateau Granville Hotel & Suites and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, the ambience was welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early, which was a lifesaver after traveling. We were also given a 14th-floor room with an awesome view, which made the stay even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

  Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff and management really go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. My 7 year old son is not a city kid and was a little nervous about all the city craziness. The hotel concierge made a point of showing us where all the quiet parks nearby were located. Unfortunately Granville street isn’t what it used to be but you definitely feel well looked after and safe on the property. The restaurant below is nice and the entire place is very clean. Stay off Granville street and you’ll have a good Vancouver experience. Can’t say enough about how well trained and welcoming all of the staff were. This includes the wonderful and very hard working cleaning staff.
