  I am very grateful for the staff at this hotel. I left my iPad in the room and returned home to Roberts Creek. I phoned and spoke to someone who called housekeeping to verify that it had been found. The next day I called back and was advised to call a courier, schedule pick up, then forward the waybill. They packaged and labeled my iPad and it was then picked up. My experience with the courier was difficult but the hotel staff were very helpful! Thanks!

  I needed a room for 12 hours between flights. Too long to hang out at the airport, too short for a 5 star hotel. Listen, it was clean and the shuttle from the airport was super convenient. The price was right for the 12 hours I was in the area. Downside- I booked the shuttle for the morning at 4am. I was told to be down 10 minutes early - I was. We left at 4:10. When being dropped off I told the driver I was annoyed being 10 minutes later than I had planned. He said he was waiting for another guest who didn’t show up. That traveler’s choice to be late should not result in me being late. In any regard, probably would not stay again given so many hotels who offer the same service and competitive prices. Response to your excuse -/ it would have been better to apologize and move on .. your excuse and “subject to change” does not inspire confidence when flights are time sensitive. As this situation had nothing to do with traffic and the circumstances were completely within your control .. I am changing my original .. probably would not stay to .. definitely won’t stay again.

  The Front desk staff and Security went above and beyond to assist in lsearching for my lost wedding ring. I had stayed 1 night and left for a conference. I called the hotel to ask for their help in searching and they were wonderful. Sukhi in particular was really helpful and we are most appreciative for the efforts. The ring was successfully found ( it had thankfully fallen into my suitcase). Thank you! Our stay was enjoyable.

  Stayed here for the night. Nav and Jasmine helped me with the check-in process. There were some hiccups during check-in, but they both assisted me and made everything easier. The customer service was top-notch , they were really nice and friendly, and everyone else was as well. They also helped me with checkout, and as expected, they were very helpful. The rooms were clean, and I had both lunch and dinner at the White Spot restaurant located right in the hotel. The food was great! I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Vancouver. Also, the bus stop is very accessible, as it is located right in front of the building.

  No wheelchair access despite notice, denied refund As a hotel owner with over 15 years of experience and a 9.5 rating on Agoda, I understand what good customer service should look like. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to stay away. We clearly informed the hotel in advance that my father is in a wheelchair and requires accessible accommodation. However, upon arrival, the room provided was not suitable for a handicapped guest. Because the hotel failed to meet this essential requirement, we were unable to stay. Despite this, the management showed no empathy and refused to offer any solution or refund, resulting in a 100% loss of our booking. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to accessibility and basic customer care. Very disappointing experience.
