The vending macine took 13$ off my card for a 3 dollar juice so I went and told him annd explained what happened and he wasn’t understanding what I was saying and he was so rude about it and basically said “ k are we fair now?! Here’s 10!$” in front of my child and walked away. The dinner my kids ordered was pasta the noodles weren’t fully cooked and so very dry they have no pasta sauce to offer them it just had a tiny bit of butter on it.

The front desk staff we're not overly friendly, the young man I dealt with at checkin, greeted me with "You need to wait, I just punched in!" I asked about the fact that I could see the rate of the room for cheaper than I reserved for, but I was told I just had to pay it. Biggest drawback- no continental breakfast of any kind. The lounge attached had crazy good food for dinner though for fair prices. And the lounge wait staff were phenomenal. Nice ambiance.

Front desk made me feel like an idiot for asking about why the different experience 3 days apart This hotel is the best in Valemount. I can’t believe someone a few reviews down complained that they serve a full breakfast no charge instead of the crappy hotel lobby breakfast. That was the highlight!
