- ARAustin Ross3 days ago5.0My primary motivation for leaving this review is the incredible interaction I had with Gurman tonight. I ran into a last second scheduling issue and he was able to single handedly save the day for me in a major way. His patience, understanding and customer service was unbelievably helpful and I cannot recommend staying at this location enough because of how helpful the staff is. Gurman you’re the man!

- RJRick JMar 24, 20265.0One of the cleanest BW properties I've stayed at (the condition of the grille on the bathroom fan is always a dead giveaway) During my stay I noticed exactly one burned out light bulb in the entire facility. I had booked a double queen room, but at check-in I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had put us in a triple queen room. My kids were entertained by the new food delivery robot, and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool (one of the better-maintained hotel pools that I've visited) I'm also thankful for the excellent EV charger they offer. I was able to charge my truck overnight with enough power to reach Edmonton. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful, including the front desk staff and the breakfast host. I'm definitely considering this hotel for future work trips to Northern Alberta.

Rooms are clean and they do not seem to use any highly fragranced cleaning products (keep it up!!). The rooms are clean, the food is overpriced but good. Breakfast is great with lots of selections and the coffee machine in the lobby is such a great idea.

Fries were some of the worst I have ever eaten (actually, did not eat as they were too greasy, cold, and overcooked). Scrambled eggs with cheese at breakfast were so salty they could not be eaten. Housekeeping was friendly, water pressure in the shower was amazing.
