- AAakioDec 2, 20255.0Superbly impressed by this hotel. I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one was the best so far. I initially was only staying for one night this past weekend, but decided to extend my stay because the staff are so lovely and the facility is so nice. Quiet, clean, and comfortable room with nice lighting. I used the fitness room and was impressed by the equipment they had, given most hotel gyms are inadequate, then went to the sauna after, and it was just like my usual routine at my home gym. The other highlight for me was just how good the breakfast buffet was. The staff are super attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was all very fresh. Overall I'm very impressed and will make a point to stay here again on my next trip to the lower mainland.

- DDDezNov 8, 20254.0Overall decent stay. Breakfast and staff working the breakfast bar were very kind. Parking lot is nice and open. Biggest drawback was the hot tub was very dirty. Between clumps of hair, gross floaters, cloudy water and wall mould/scum it was obvious this thing hasn't been properly cleaned in awhile. Secondly, called the front desk early in the morning (apx 8:30am) and arranged a later check out for 12:30pm and before said new checkout time, received 2 phone calls asking why we weren't checked out yet, had house keeping walk in on us and then at 1230 when we were just about leaving our room , the manager knock and wonder why we hadn't checked out yet. The communication clearly wasn't there and it eventually felt uncomfortable to be explaining that we had asked to have later checkout to like 4 different people. It was off very off putting. We chose this hotel bc the night before stayed at a different holiday inn express location and was very impressed, so in comparison this location was a bit disappointing.
