  Not up to the standards of previous visits. No cooked breakfasts or afternoon teas that used to be well attended and a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. The only hot tub was not operational during skiing season- a significant drawback. No replenishment of coffee pods for in-room machine, no toiletries other than a bar of soap. Rooms still well-appointed and comfortable but missing the ambience of previous stays in 2023 and 2025. Change of management very noticeable and lamented.

  We love coming here for little family staycations. We're not big skiers so we usually come in the off season when it's very quiet. I love how this place is not like a traditional hotel and has a very casual "make yourself at home" feel. There's two dining areas with various cooking supplies, coffee and light breakfast snacks served in the morning, a cute kids play area and board games and puzzles to borrow. The hot tub is also lovely, and since we come here in the off season we had it all to ourselves in the evening. Our fav place to stay in Sun Peaks!
