  Do not stay here. The room was disgusting. It reeked of cigarette smoke, the shower water smelled of rotten eggs, the bed had bedbugs, the towels were not clean and the carpet was stained. Overall it was a disgusting experience and would suggest staying anywhere but here. Your car would be a better place to sleep….

  March 24th 2026 bed bugs present. I'm bit all up, it's itchy and incredibly irritating. Consider any other place, or sleep in your car. Not the only complaint

  If you want bedbugs in your luggage, then this is the place for you. I wanted a nice little getaway, but I came home with a nightmare. Discovered that previous reviewers left comments about this location having bedbugs 7 months ago... clearly, the problem is not being dealt with appropriately. When I contacted SureStay to notify them that they were my suspected source of the infestation now in my home, they stated that they knew and confirmed the room numberS (yes plural) they knew about the bedbugs, and still let us stay there. They asked me not to write a review :) If you have stayed here CHECK YOUR STUFF.

  The location is close to down town. Staff are so nice. The rooms come with a kitchenette, price friendly, seems like a safe location, but the hotel has a musty smell. The renos are poorly done. I think if your here for work this is perfect, if your here for a romantic getaway maybe not

  Beds were wrong size, after 3 tries we finally got our right size room. Front desk lady was disrespectful. Charged us $200 for holding a room and hasn't returned it, room cost $161 with taxes which made it $361 in total, what a scam.
