- USUlana Slavintoday1.0If you want bedbugs in your luggage, then this is the place for you. I wanted a nice little getaway, but I came home with a nightmare. Discovered that previous reviewers left comments about this location having bedbugs 7 months ago... clearly, the problem is not being dealt with appropriately. When I contacted SureStay to notify them that they were my suspected source of the infestation now in my home, they stated that they knew and confirmed the room numberS (yes plural) they knew about the bedbugs, and still let us stay there. They asked me not to write a review :) If you have stayed here CHECK YOUR STUFF.

The renos are poorly done. I think if your here for work this is perfect, if your here for a romantic getaway maybe not

- TOThe one and onlyFeb 4, 20261.0Beds were wrong size, after 3 tries we finally got our right size room. Front desk lady was disrespectful. Charged us $200 for holding a room and hasn't returned it, room cost $161 with taxes which made it $361 in total, what a scam.
