I was happy with the cleanliness of the bed and for the most part the cleanliness of everything else, but the place has a major problem with Elder Boxbugs. We killed or threw out of the room at least 20 of them, and I'm sure there were at least twice that number still in the room. I also saw through the windows in the other rooms plenty of the bugs there too. Otherwise I might have ashed for a different room but I didn't think it would help. Thankfully they aren't harmful to people, nor are they looking to do more than hide from the cold, but its just far too many of them. My fiancee stepped on two with her bare feet by accident, when she went to the washroom. This place needs to reseal their windows and doors and whatnot and try some serious pest control.

However when we went into our room, we discovered hair all over the bed sheets. We called the front desk and were moved promptly to a new room (which we appreciated and the front desk staff did apologize). However our new room wasn't much better, it wasn't sparkling clean and the bathroom needed some repairs. The exterior hallways were lined with dead bugs and overall we just couldn't wait to leave in the morning. Won't be staying here again: to management, please make sure your rooms are clean before having guests enter or at least offer a refund or lower the room price for poor service.
